Mike did a great job clearing several drains that were hopelessly clogged and another contractor had been unable to fix properly. He's very time efficient and affordably priced, too. One of my biggest concerns in hiring a plumber or any contractor is that I'm going to get taken advantage of, over-charged, charged for stuff I don't actually need, etc. Mike is very honest and trustworthy, AND he gets the job done. He is now my go-to guy for all things plumbing, though he did such a good job that I probably won't need him again for a long time :)

Worst experience with plumber, and bad customer service-read before hiring. I had a bathroom faucet leak and called mike to get help since I only have one bathroom. Mike came and looked at sink and said would need a part, he stated he had to call around for part and could not come until next day around 10am. The next day came and no call or follow up, at 11 am I called him and asked eta, he finally came around 1pm and only to find out the part did not work. He left and said he would call me when he found the part, another day was lost. He did not follow up at end of day, so I called him again to ask for eta. He finally said the part was no longer available and that I would have to replace the whole thing. What a joke and horrible sense of urgency. At this point I have already had no bathroom for 3 days and was very frustrated. I refuse to do business with people that do not have the curtesy to call when they don't show up as planned.

Recently hired Mike to re-plumb an outside bathroom in my pool cabana, install a new toilet and water heater. He did an outstanding job at an extremely fair price. He was quick, clean, and knew exactly what he was doing. The bathroom is now fully functional and works great thanks to Mike. If you need a great plumber Mike is your guy!!

If you are looking for a licensed great plumber, reasonable prices, personable owner and top notch plumbing services you need look no further than Mike Gagnon Plumbing. We had an emergency when our hot water heater caught fire and was damaged beyond repair. I called two large plumbing companies we had used prior and got a first quote of $4,500 for a 75 gallon tank and labor. The second was $3,500 for the same. Although I know nothing about plumbing I do have a dear friend who is a building contractor so I texted him for a recommendation. He immediately came back with Mike and wrote he always uses his plumbing services and he would be very fair and good.

Well, I immediately sent a text to Mike and within less than five minutes he called me. I explained the problem and he gave me his quote which, let's just say blew my mind after just having received the other quotes that exceeded Mike's by a mile. He told me there was no reason to charge the labor costs these other companies were adding to the cost of materials. I asked when he could do it since this was now a Friday and he said how about tomorrow (Saturday) around 11:00 am.

Mike and his crew showed up on time and to my surprise Mike was working right beside his men. Two hours later we had a brand new heater and hot water running through the house.

It was an absolute joy working with Mike and when he gave me the bill at the end I was shocked it was even less than he had quoted me. Mike is a man of complete integrity, is nice to talk to and has a fabulous work ethic. He also gives discounts to seniors.

He was friendly the only thing that I was not happy about was not being able to put my bill on on my cc. He wanted a check. Now if you don't have all the money in your account for the work performed. Your kind of screwed. I would of liked to have known this straight up.
