I had a water heater blow up on me (literally all over me!) and flood my garage at 2am!! What a mess! Total nightmare!
Had issues with the new unit after it was installed that had everyone including the manufacturer stumped.
And I was about to come unglued thinking of another day with such a mess to deal with and NO HOT WATER in my house!! My friend got ahold of Jamey at Mike Gagnon Plumbing, who was in the middle of a busy day of his own. But he managed to fit me in. And arrived at my home right when he said he would, which was much sooner than I would have expected all things considered.
After a quick inspection of the new water heater he found the problem immediately. He had all the parts he needed to remedy the situation,on hand and got straight to work. Around 20 minutes later, he was done!! And I could be happier! Or more grateful to Jamey for fitting me in last minute and taking care of everything so quickly and efficiently. To say I was impressed with his knowledge and workmanship would be an understatement. And beyond pleased to be able to get right to my post-flood clean up sooner rather than later. (followed by a much anticipated long HOT shower!!Woohoo!!)

I highly recommend Mike Gagnon Plumbing and Jamey to anyone in need of their services. I know that I willl be calling them again, without question! And I will encourage my friends and family to do the SAME.

Mike and his crew are amazing! I've been using him for over four years now for all my plumbing needs including all new pipes under the house. I called Mike with an emergency I had water coming out of the base of my toilets he came over looked around my house found a axcess to snake the drain
Cleared the clog within minutes charged a more then far price was honest and friendly We desperately needed to get the issue fixed I have my 92 mother who lives with us. I will definitely use him next time we have plumbing issues

I had an emergency plumbing situation and ended up working with two companies over the last week to fix the problem. Without hesitation, I can tell you that Mike and his team are better by leaps and bounds than the other company I contracted. Both companies did exactly what they said they would do but the difference is that I felt completely taken advantage of by the first company. I was over charged by thousands because it was an emergency situation and they knew they had me in a hard spot. Mike's team on the other-hand is honest, hardworking, and quick! They knocked out their part of the project in half the time as the other company and did it at a fair price. Mike was recommended by a family friend and thoroughly exceeded all of our expectations. We had 140 foot sewer line go bad and Mike was able to put something together for us in two days. His crew is clean, professional and conscientious. They communicated with us very clearly what was happening and what we still needed to be done, including our timetable to finish. When they were done, they made sure the site was clean and back to the way it looked before. The plumbing work itself was superb. Mike streamlined our sewer line to have fewer connections and less problems in the future.

I cannot recommend Mike's service highly enough. He was incredibly professional, very affordable and a pleasure to work with.
