Mike Foskett founded the company as a young dad, often bringing his son Jeff along to learn the trade early on. Once Mike retired, Jeff diversified the business, introducing heating and cooling services and teaming up with others for kitchen and bath projects. Investors have approached Jeff with offers to grow the business, largely due to his strong work ethic and commitment to resolving issues effectively. Yet, Jeff always declines these opportunities. He values the personal connection with each customer. He speaks with them directly about their concerns, either face-to-face or via phone, and he is the one who performs the work. Jeff continues to serve many customers who were once Mike's clients. Jeff continues to assist their children and even their grandchildren. At Mike Foskett Plumbing & Heating, we are truly family-owned, and Jeff operates as if his customers are part of his family.
