Fast efficient service. I've used Espinola plumbing for both personal use and business/commercial use.

On the business side he did some very large plumbing jobs, some of them with over 100 units to repair or replace and we had zero issues. No complaints and only compliments from the customers.

On the personal side, he helped me with a heating issue that would have taken me weeks to schedule and fix with a regular plumber but he fixed the issue in one day. Saving me hundreds of dollars and getting the hot water turned back on fit my family. I've found Mike to be extremely friendly, knowledgeable and easy to work with on any size job.

Worst plumbing experience.
$300 hourly is what I was charged. The results are as follows;
-He left a mess of plumbing debris
-He took all of the left-over copper for himself without asking me first
-The sump connection ended up leaking for which he had to return to ""fix""
-The bathroom sink connection was left open allowing deadly sewer gases to vent
into the house as verified by my gas meter
-To add insult to injury he used the toilet and didn't flush
-And he had the nerve to send me a bill for and additional $500 after he was paid in
full in cash for a sub-standard job, ridiculous!
Because of this experience I discourage you the reader from even considering using his ""services"".

Buyer beware!! Do not hire for any ductless air installations! Our unit was installed ignoring our instructions for its placement. It than proceeded to leak and upon further investigation, it was discovered to be installed with the wrong hardware on drainage pipes and an attempt was made to cover this problem up with electrical tape!!! I needed to hire someone else to follow up and correct his mistakes costing me time and money!
