Mike Diamond's childhood was influenced by living next to a plumber. By age 14, he was already riding along on plumbing jobs, doing what he could to assist. Over the next five years, he absorbed knowledge and skills. Mike's passion for entrepreneurship propelled him to launch his own venture in 1976. He obtained a contractor's license, gathered tools, and hit the road in his truck. He was only 19 when he began his operations from his parents' garage.

If I could give this place NO stars, it would be more accurate. Called this stinking place at my husband's urging, saying they have ""smell good plumbers who show up on time"" blah, blah, blah. We had a clogged garbage disposal, and I asked the receptionist how much it would cost to clear the drain. She said it would be $99 ""but you can talk to the technician when he arrives."" And talk we did - they gave me an estimate of $342. I had my handyman come over, who snaked the main line and cleared the drain for the smell good price of $99. Mike Diamond is a rip-off A-hole, but I guess someone has to pay for all his stupid advertising!

I called, the technician showed up when he was supposed to, diagnosed the issue, replaced a part and things were working again. Two days later, another part related to the first breaks and Mike Diamond fixed the issue at no cost. The technician was friendly and explained each step. I thought the whole process was fine.

I called them for a second opinion after Checkered Flag told me they had to tear into my wall and it would cost $1,200.
They arrived soon (and exactly when they said they would) fixed the problem for $200 and went on their way in 15 minutes.
That will be my first call next time.

I called to have two side by side urinals snaked at our business and was quoted $118. over the phone as it was a commercial building. I said OK and was told the Plummer would be at my location between 9 & 11 AM, he showed up at 11:45 AM. I was then informed that it would by $118 per line ($236) even though they were side by side and going down the same drain, had to approve it as we need the restroom working ASAP. When he couldn't get the plastic clean out plugs off he charged me $90 each to cut them off and install new plastic ones. To add insult to injury he said I needed to have the lines power washed for an additional cost of $302 to $537. Total bill without power washing was $432.90, so much for $99 per line! But his disclaimer was; ""It's in our book""!

Guys were on time and very efficient. Came in and cleaned the drain and cleaned up after themselves and left. Whole process took about 1 hour. Great experience. Yes, I'd use them again

My first experience with Mike Diamond. Main line clog. The problem was quickly fixed. The tech was prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable. Great experience, I would highly recommend them. By the way several other plumbers gave estimates upward of 10k to replace the main line from the house to the street. In twenty minutes Mike Diamond's tech cleared the drain with the power snake and charged $99 as quoted and advertised .

We have used Mike Diamond of several occasions to clear our main line to the sewer. They've shown up within the time window they gave us and charged a reasonable price. They have not tried to ""up sell us"" or scam us in any way.
We have not used them any extensive work, but for clearing drains, I will call them again.

We had great service starting with the phone call. When we explained that my husband was going to have to go in late for work and asked if they could possibly make us the first appointment, they said they would try and the time would be between 9 a.m. and 1 p.m. They called the next morning approximately 8 a.m. and said they would be there in 45 minutes. They arrived, unclogged the drain in less than 15 minutes for $99 and were out the door! Great service. THANK YOU!

Long story short. I was in Europe when I received and email from my house sitter that the toilets had backed up. I knew the problem was roots in the sewer line so I suggested she call a rooter company. Mike Diamond's plumber came out and told her that both toilets had to be lifted, the clean out had to be replaced, and a raw sewage company had to come out and do a clean up job, all this before a snake could go down the main line. The low estimate was $700 plus the amount the raw sewage company would charge. I asked the sitter to get a second opinion. The new plumber used a snake. Problem solved for $100.
Mike Diamond advertises $99 for this kind of job. Did his plumber pull a bait and switch? Did he think he could take advantage of a young woman that obviously had no knowledge of household plumbing? Did he see an opportunity to make some money while the homeowner was out of town? I know what I think.

They tech was awesome. But the manager who came to actually give me the estimate was outrageously crazy. They came out for a drain being plugged. And the technician told me I needed a clean out in the front and that he can do it for 600 since its not to deep. I had called around and most companies didn't even bother coming since I didn't have a clean out so I figured let's do it. I asked probably 10 times will this fix my problems. And I was told yes 10 times. By the time the hole was dug I got a phone call asking when ill be home so that I can meet with the manager. I was so uneasy about this but I arranged to meet at 4 pm. The manager got to my property at 4:45. Didn't even apologize and then proceeded to telling me the issue is further down and they need to open another hole and do something that requires no digging. I didn't even know what he was talking about (since he was too annoyed to even explain further) then he slapped me with a freaking $11,000 price tag. I literally laughed out loud. I didn't know what to do these jerks where on sitting in their stupid vans and waiting for me to make a decision. I called another company that my friend had used New pipe plumbing. And they told me to tell them to hold off and that they would come video the line for free and see what the situation is. New pipe came on time and confirmed that the problem was indeed further down. When I asked the technician if there was any way that the mike diamond guys could've known that the whole time he didn't say anything other than ""I don't want to get in the middle of that"" which from the way he said it and the way he was looking at me I knew it meant that I was schemed into the bait N switch. New pipe ended up fixing the problem for 4400 they credited the 600 I had to pay mike diamond for their bs clean out which was awesome. Oh yes I almost forgot, they didn't even smell good.
