Their technician came out and explained everything that needed to take place and got the work done within a few hours. I would definitely use them again and recommend them.

Our kitchen sink was clogged. He said snake would not open it up and recommended a hydro jet cleaning. It cost me $500. A few months later it was clogged again. I called another plumber. It cost me $100 and with his snake he unclogged it completely. Mike Diamond reminded me some car repair shops. We go for an oil change and they recommend a valve job!!!!

Our sewer line was fully backed up to the house and bathroom floor full of water. We called at 2:30 am to requested someone to come in the morning. The service person who answered was so helpful. Cesar Camacho tech# 6255 came out. He is very friendly and knowledgeable and explained everything in detail. We needed new 2 way clean out and new sewer back flow valve. We have an older home. Cesar made it possible to use restrooms until he got the part in the following morning. The company let us know when they'ld be coming and everything was so professional. Would highly recommend this company.

I had my fish man come and clean my 5 tanks . Unfortunately he let stones get down the drain disposal and it made it unresponsive and didn't work any longer making my sink back up . Mike Diamond plumbing came out removed the stones and its working again , didn't need to buy a new disposal at all .

It's a ripoff. Nearly $100 charge to tell me they couldn't fix the issue. A quote of more than $300 to install a single braided water line AFTER I ordered and received the part. Some sexist comments about the people who answer their phones. After all that, my wife ordered the part, watched a 2-minute YouTube video and installed the line herself in less than 5 minutes. I honestly don't know how they get away with it. I won't call them or refer them.?

The toilet was backed up and needed a good snaking. The plumber worked with it and got it flushing again without losing his patience.

Our kitchen and pantry sinks have had issues backing up for the past month. Finally had Mike Diamond come out. Darryl Wise, the service technician was incredibly professional and thorough. He worked very hard to fix the problem and was able to clear out pantry line with snake but not the kitchen. He made every effort to figure out where the problem lies and made a recommendation for additional needed service to resolve the issue. although I am holding off on those additional steps for the time being I would recommend this service and Daryl to anyone.

Had a main drain clogged and Darryl was here and fixed it in no time he is respectful and explained everything. This is not the first time we have used Mike Diamond. If I could I would give them ten stars. Their workers are the best. Keep up the great work you are the reason I call the smell good plumbers

Great service, wonderful & smelled really good gentleman did the service...he was very nice & knowledgeable, fixed my backed up shower lickety-split! The only negative feedback is when he handed me the bill he asked me if I wanted a 30 day guarantee for an additional $11... must say I was a bit taken aback by that !...Most services that are rendered are usually at leased a 30 day guarantee without the additional fee...Everything else was excellent!
