Their website says that they service Riverside. I used the website to request an appointment and they called and said that they don't service Riverside. I said ""Your website says you do"" and she said ""We don't have techs that go there. Thanks for calling.""

PLEASE DO NOT USE THESE SCAM ARTISTS.
I called them for a kitchen sink garbage disposal not working. The plumber shows up promptly (reason for one star instead of zero) and tells me the garbage disposal is broken and he needs to replace the whole thing for $600. I became suspicious and sent him away after paying him $75 for the house call. I did some research online and discovered that most of the time the garbage disposal gets clogged with debris and all you have to do is spin it with an allen wrench. I did that and it started working again immediately. It cost me ZERO dollars. The guy didn't even try to do that nor suggested it.

Called after hearing them on the radio. Our pipes valve broke leaving us without water two days before christmas! It's 7pm and we have nothing! They advertise 24/7:emergency help and we were told after Christmas. Having to try other places now so we can do basic things like go to the bathroom. Can't believe they would actually leave us without water for a company that advertises care.

Repeat blockage the next day. Only cared about trying to upsell me to their ""hydro jet service"" for $1700. At first they wanted me to rip up the entire main clean out junction for $3200.

Will never use them again. You do indeed get what you pay for

Had a clog and within 2 hours the plumber showed up. Said it was an unusual clog that would require some digging and replacing of pipes to fix. He came back with a $4000 quote to do that! After refusing his help I found another plumber who took the time to work with the clog and charged me $300! He suggested that I ""might"" want to upgrade the pipes with the same fix as the Mike Diamond plumber but didn't need to. His price was $2400. DON'T trust this company. They are all about taking advantage.

So, my daughter and son-in-law bought a home 10 months ago and have a home warranty. They had a kitchen draining problem, called the home warranty company who sent out a plumbing company. Without doing too much investigation, the home warranty plumbing company told them they could not help them and needed to re-pipe their entire kitchen for a total of about $10,000. I recommended they get a second opinion, they called Mike diamond, who sent out two great guys, Elmer and David. After a half an hour of investigation, they determined that all the plumbing under the sink was built incorrectly and was trying to drain uphill which caused a very slow drain and ultimate drain stoppage. They put an outside cleanout just outside the sink which the house did not have. And cleared the stoppage. They were there for three hours at a cost of 90% less than my kids were quoted the day before from the home warranty plumbing company. Would highly recommend Mike diamond plumbing, and especially Elmer and David, who were professional , clean and friendly.

What a rip off....guy walks in in his perfectly clean and pressed shirt...ok so I called for $99 drain clog...he squats and and looks at the pipes and said they are glued...so u can't unclog without cutting and removing pipes...i said what...when it was done before guy did it in 15 minutes i just don't know company...i asked how much...he said oh I'll have to go check ""THE BOOK"" he comes back with a $578 quote. Told him thank u what do I owe u he said nothing....i was able to fix myself and I'm and old lady...DO NOT USE!!!!!

So much for will show up on time guaranteed! Appointment was for 4:30 received a phone call at 4:45 that they were busy, no one was coming. I guess I was lucky, I got a phone call. So I said I expect to see someone tomorrow, the answer ""We hope so!"" I should have read the reviews. I wish this would allow me to give them zero stars because that's all they deserve.

I should have read the other reviews. This is my first 1 star review. They mistakenly diagnosed our issue as a bad ""water regulator"" and when the issue came back, and i am NOT kidding you said: We don't know, it's probably a bad toilet flapper.... just get that replaced... and left.

Ok, so I paid $800 to replace a perfectly fine water regulator, and you won't replace a $5 toilet flapper to fix the issue that you MISDIAGNOSED?

These people have no idea what they're doing, and have NO sympathy for the customer.

Have a leaking water heater & immediately MD came to mind after hearing all of their ads on the radio - must have a great marketing department, but that's it! Called & scheduled an appt for 10/31 letting them know we had their coupon for a free house call (which was probably a mistake). Half way through our 4 hour service window (& taking a half day off from work) Carlos called to tell us the technician was tied up and wouldn't be able to make it & proceeded to let me know that he wouldn't be able to make it the following day either. His next availabilty was 2 days later between 9am-1pm. I accepted that appointment and wished him a Happy Halloween - which was followed by a click ... him hanging up on me with no goodbye or any other greeting. Wasn't sure if the coupon for the free house visit played into this - but now after reading all of these reviews, I'm thinking not ... just a terrible company that I would NEVER recommend. Would give zero stars if that was an option...
