I called Mike Diamond at 8:30 am as my toilet was overflowing. I informed the customer service representative, I was having guest at my home in the afternoon as she assured me the plumber would be their before 1:00pm. At 12:45 a customer representative called and stated she was waiting for the technician to clear the call and he would be right there.

At 1:15 I called and inquired where was the technician and she told me he was running behind and she could not have him stop his current job to get to me. I told her you advertise ""you guarantee the technician would be there on time!. Her response was there is nothing I can do. He is on another call. I asked to speak to a supervisor and she stated no one was in the office on the weekend. - really . t is now 2;25 and my guest arrive in 35 minutes. No plumber. I

Truth in advertisement. Their whole line is a lie!. Not on time, not professional and the whole experience what horrible. Needless to say, my event was ruined.!


Stay away from these guys- they should be put out of business!

I rate them a Zero. I needed a new water heater. I am a Senior Citizen female who
was totally taken advantage of. The technician was charming, but had a very sharp
pencil and just kept writing things down that he had to do and/or replace. He lied
to me on several occasions. My main complaint is they charged me $5,810.00 for a
new water heater. I was totally shocked and after they left, the more I thought about
it, the madder I became. Isn't it against the law to take advantage of Senior Citizens
who live only on their social security? I feel totally used and very frustrated. This
situation caused my blood pressure to soar and had to go the my Cardiologist.
Very bad experience which I am fighting the dollar amount as I write this. Pray for
me to get positive results.

The plumber shows up sits in his truck for about 20 minutes or so then comes in looks at the job says I'm sorry we don't snake inside the house I said are kidding me... he proceeded to tell me I have a buddy who can do it so he calls him the buddy and the buddy says sure I can snake it for 150 but then changes to 175 cause he's got to.move the toilet wth I said your kidding me right I'll move the toilet out myself them the Mike diamond plumber says fine but do you have a wax for toilet I said no but home depot does. I can't stand being played cause I'm a female... ugh horrible service...

I should have read the other reviews. This is my first 1 star review. They mistakenly diagnosed our issue as a bad ""water regulator"" and when the issue came back, and i am NOT kidding you said: We don't know, it's probably a bad toilet flapper.... just get that replaced... and left.

Ok, so I paid $800 to replace a perfectly fine water regulator, and you won't replace a $5 toilet flapper to fix the issue that you MISDIAGNOSED?

These people have no idea what they're doing, and have NO sympathy for the customer. When I told one of my friends about this they told me that when they used them that their technician kept hitting on her constantly to the point that she got so uncomfortable that she had to bring her neighbor to sit with her while he did the work.

I think zero stars it's too high rating for this company. They do work that is not authorized and then expect you to pay the additional fee. When I called to complain about this the manager didn't seem to care that I would never use their company again. They have no service recovery/customer service

We will not be using Mike Diamond Plumbing again. We called at 10:30 or so and were given an arrival time frame of 11:00-1:00. When 2:30 rolled around with no one showing and no phone call to update us, we called them--only to be told ""Oh, he's running behind"" Finally at about 3:00 he showed up. He fixed the problem, but we were charged double because the kitchen sink did not have an outside clean out...huh? We have an outside cleanout, but not specifically for the kitchen sink? Then he didn't clean up the mess he made, yet put ""cleaned up area"" on the bill. I will be looking for nice equipment to do future fixes myself as the cost of THIS visit would have probably paid for it.

Bad smell from ""Good smelling plumber""
On Sunday August 27 I've got stoppage in my kitchen sink. I called to Mike Dimond plumbing co.
First of all they did not talk to me before I gave them my name, address , phone number and email address and cross street.For my questing if they have GPS operator said in the very root way, give your cross street or I will not take your order.She gave me time Monday from 9 am to 1pm.
Next day one of their manager Carlos called me at 9 am and confirmed with me the appointment time. He said for sure before 1 pm technician will be in your place. Never happened.At 1:15pm I call them back . The other manager, with out name, said me what my appointment scheduled from 9 to 3 pm and we already called you and email you. I said I have only sell phone and any phone call or email reflected on the screen but not one from you . At 3:30 pm their technician still did not show up and I canceled their service.
I do not think this kind of service will give any benefits to MIKE DIMOND franchise.
Do not trust their radio advertisement. Do not use their service.

Absolutely the WORST plumber ever. If I could give negative stars, I would. Firsst they tell me between 8 and 11 am. Then, at 11:45, I get a call telling me the technician is running late. No kidding. It'll be after 1pm she says. Fine, I need the drain unclogged. She says i will be serviced today. At 4:30, I call back. The technician is running late, won't make it today. Why did I have to call? No communication with their customers. Won't be calling them back. Only one technician for the entire area. That's a horrible way to run a business. I scheduled this appointment on a Tuesday, it's now Sunday. Horrible company, I don't care what their ads say.

Can zero stars be an option!!!
They showed up 2 hrs later & even after explaining by phone that it was a toilet issue, to which they said we'll send someone over, when they arrived they stated, ""We don't go inside houses."" When the young man tried suggesting an alternative to fixing the problem from the outside, the veteran worker raised his voice & told the guy to, ""Shut Up!!!""
Very unprofessional & a waste of time that I could have had a Real efficient plumber fix my problem.

If I could make a zero I would, called to have a horrible leak from two floors fixed in our duplex due to a clog in the main line was told no problem waited two hours they came and as we explained the problem was cut off and told they do not go in houses they cannot help when we explained we told them on phone that the problem was what it was they said absolutely no house work , one young worker tried to nicely try to help and the older worker rudely told him to shut up and was very rude disrespectful and unprofessional that was not only a waste of time but horrible service
