This company has the worst supervisors and deceptive practice of selling warrantees and then not honoring them by writing a fake exclusion on the back of your forms they think if they write it down it supersedes California law .... it does not there fake exclusion that they try to hide on a back page, does not absolve them from ordering warrantees
The supervisor Greg was probably the worst customer service relations I've ever dealt with !
They sold us the warrantee to keep a clear drain in the shower for 90 days then as soon as it backed up they told us they would not honor the warranty and it's a $5000 repair!!! Never do business with these people they don't tell the truth they don't alter the warrantees and the supervisors are nothing but Bullies that think they can just talk over you and make you submit. I explained to them it's the equivalent of having car insurance when you get into an accident and the insurance company says we won't pay for the claim we're just going to refund you your premium!!!
There are laws in place to protect you from crooked people like this never do business with them

I had an issue with my mainline on a Saturday night and called Mike Diamond for help as they worked on the same issue a couple of years ago. The person that answered that phone had issues understanding by request, needed to repeat 3 times. They came out after I agreed to $260 emergency premium. After a 1/2 hour and almost $400 dollars, they were done. The cost was painful, but I received a 30-day warranty. A week later, over the weekend it backed up again, no problem I would just call Mike Diamond and use the warranty to resolve the issue. I called an was told that they did not have anyone available for two days, so much for the warranty and the company.

They showed up, but the tech had no idea of what he was doing, said i would be contacted by supervisor, but was not . So I called the office dispatcher, she had no plumbing knowledge but insisted on resolving the problem, she only talked to the tech and repeated it back to me, she said there process is to send out a supervisor, but she would not, once I ""insulted her "" by saying she did not know what she was talking about. We hired ARS, they were able to diagnose and repair problem 1st trip, no supervisor needed.
TIP: hire knowledgeable service tech's (Bubba would be better)

Beware. My In-laws had drain problems, the Mike Diamond people came out and sold them all new water plumbing for their house. Tore holes in the wall to replace the water pipes and then left. When called to when they would fix the holes, their reply ""you have to hire a general contractor for that. We are plumbers."" So that drain problem turned in to several thousand dollars and job still is not done.

Had a great experience today with Steven and Diego who came to solve my residential plumbing problems. Solved all of them and I am very happy. They were efficient and everything explained clearly.

Had them out for a $99 kitchen drain clean out. They only went 20' into the drain (previous plumbers went 40').

While he was here I had him look at my toilet which would occasionally drain down due to an old ""flapper"". He quoted me $40 for the flapper (went to Ace Hardware and bought it for $11). Also he wanted $400 (that is 4 hundred) to install it. I installed it in 8 minutes. Rip-off!

Called 2 days ago to schedule an appt for yesterday. They were supposed to be here between 9 & 1. At 12:00 they call and say that they are really behind and wouldn't have some out until the next day. They offered me 15% off to schedule for the next day. Now it's today, supposed to be here between 9 & 1. They call me at 12:15 and say we are just going to have to keep in touch throughout the day as I don't know when I can get someone there. I tell them that doesn't work, I can reschedule for Tuesday but I would like an additional discount. They refused. On their commercial it says ""we will show up on time or your house call is free"" well they avoid that but just calling and changing the times over and over. I refused to have them come at all and will never call them again. They have no regard for the fact that people have stuff to do and can't just hang out at the house to see if they decide to show up that day!

RIP OFF! My poor grandma was taken advantage of this no good money hungry company! I've spoken with manager's to try and remedy the situation first but they refuse to do anything to fix this. They charged her over $1,400 for a simple faucet and 2 angle stops. I've called around to a few other reputable companies in the area and the job shouldn't have been more than $450 total. Shop around before calling this company!

The Pomona my dime and came out to our house and told us we needed a complete re-pipe. We have a leak from a condensation pipe to our air-conditioner. Had they re-pipe to our house for thousands of dollars it still would not fix the leak. They are scammers.

I figure ill give them a call because we needed a plumber asap , whats funny is that one of my employees is a plumber and told me what Mike and is team was going to do before they even did the work. My wife was at home when they came in and everything what they were talking seemed to her that they rehearsed everything . She heard one of them say watch this is what you tell them and they will do it "" so first they unclog our drain , then they said they had to do hydro blasting which was a bunch of bull because we did that not to long ago , which im at work . Then they said that they needed to come back the next day to run a camera which of course more money . I had 3 other plumbers that are my friends told me the same thing and not to get them . lesson learned i will NEVER CALL THEM FOR ANYTHING that is so sad . why run commercials talking highly about your company when all you do is try to swindle people . $99 yeah right try more like $485 ......
