Our sewer was backed up and filling up our downstairs bathtub. Mike Diamond came out right away but was unable to locate the cleanout to snake the sewer main. The technician searched and searched and left with our sewer still backed up and unable to help. We then called AllStar Home Services and their technician located the cleanout right away and got our sewer unclogged.

Don't believe in the commercials it's a lie, called today and they said they could not get to me until tomorrow to fix a stopped drain. SORRY you lost my business and I'll go somewhere else and definitely NOT recommend your company.

I called because I had a main line sewer blockage from roots & water coming in the house. We live in a condo and sewer lines are shared in 1 main line. I was not running water but if others were it was coming in my unit thru the bottom of the toilet because we are the first unit before the blockage. When I spoke to the lady & explained what was happening she responded with sorry your having that problem our first appointment is tomorrow. Tomorrow no I need someone today like there ad stated get to most calls in an hour. I called Roto Rooter and they were here within 1 hour because they had marked my call as urgent with no extra emergency charge. Snaked the main line then video inspected & replace the wax ring for decent price. Mike Diamond keep your sorry & I will be calling Roto Rooter. The techs may smell good but the service sucks.

I called Mike Diamond after doing a quick search on Google to find a local plumber to help with a water line issue the day of our move. We literally had to be out of our home in 1.5 hours and needed to have a water line shut off. I called Mike Diamond in a frantic state and Brian showed up (and yes he did smell good!) to save the day! He fixed our problem in 10 minutes and didn't even charge us extra because the repair was so simple. I appreciate their professionalism and prompt response time. I would highly recommend Mike Diamond and would like to thank Brian again! He is a life saver! :)

Worst call for plumbing service I've ever made. If you are a homeowner and your plumbing doesn't have a cleanout your screwed with these guys. First, the guy tells you he won't run machine due to liability issues, next he suggest you run the camera at NO CHARGE, then he calls his supervisor that brings the camera, goes on your roof (supposedly they are not allowed on the roof due to liability issues) he then tells you ""there is definitely a clog"" charges you the $99 even though the first guy said free! SCAM.....I CALL a plumber off OFFER UP so he unclogs for $150 within 1 hour of getting jacked by Mike Diamond ""the $99 dollar unclog anything"" bad business!

They looked at the water pipes and washer hook-ups and quoted over a thousand dollars to replace the water valves. They were here less than 1-1/2 hours. There isnt a plumber alive worth 700 dollars an hour. My opinion is they ripped us off on the price charged. When called supervisor to protest the price, he blamed corporate policy. I asked for his superior to call to discuss - silence and no call. Never again.

Had Mike Diamond Plumbing come out for a clog sink. Have me an estimate of over $400. To change a part that costs $20 and takes 15 minutes. Said it is the book price. I showed the plumber the door. Very sad that people are being taken advantage of so badly by this plumbing outfit.

They are a joke. Charged $76 to tell me what I already knew and wanted another $250 to replace a shut off valve. Called another plumber and had it done for $85 in two hours.They even wanted to charge another $20 fuel adjustment charge based on a letter in their book from 2012! Smell good con artists. These other positive reviews must be from friends and family.

Our sewer line was blocked and was backing up into the shower and bathtub. I called Mike Diamond. It was Sunday and we were quoted $99 and a time frame. Tech Blas arrived on time. He cleared the clogged sewer line but he was not completely satisfied that it was completely cleared. He recommended that he and his field manager return today to run a camera in the sewer line at no additional charge. They arrived on time, ran the camera. There were some minor roots and some scaling on the cast iron pipes but everything is draining fine. The field manager gave us some options, hydro jetting the line and putting in new sewer line; quoted the prices. Since the drains are fine right now we didn't make an immediate decision but we will discuss it. We would not hesitate calling them for the work. They were punctual, thorough and not at all pushy.

Stay far away from these con artists! My bathroom had a blockage. The toilet and shower were both plugged. The tech from Mike Diamond took a look at the problem and stated because the plumbing was old (1971 house) the only way to clear the blockage was to use a hydro jet machine...for $1500 dollars!! I'm a fix it, handy sort of guy and could see right away it was a gouge and sent the guy packing. A friend of mine that works for a different plumber let me know they charge $450 to hydro jet a blocked pipe. Anyway, a different plumber was called and he snaked the line from the roof for $109 and the problem was solved.
Perhaps Mike Diamond should spend a little less on radio advertising and use the savings to not F%$K his customers. The smell good plumbers might wear cologne but their service stinks.
