We had MD plumbing come out to drop an RV waste tank and hook us up to the main sewer in our park. They said it would take a day and half and wanted to charge $3600 in labor. We had no choice. it took them FOUR hours and they still charged us $3600 in labor. Now we are finding out they caused a lot of damage under our unit. We found an oring cut completely off. They put a hole in a copper pipe that flooded our bathroom and kitchen, resulting in a warped floor. Today we find out they used our air condition duct to lay on under our unit and did damage to that. Another $500 to have that fixed. We will also make sure our whole park of 1100 spaces knows not to use your service.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Called Mike Davis plumbing for installation of a mop sink and a recirculating pump. They came out very quickly and did my requested tasks professionally. They also ended up helping me out the next day going to our old house fixing a problem there for the new owners. I will use them again

Take your chances. Two scheduled visits by Dane Davis and then Jim Davis proved that either they are clueless about Plumbing or do not want to be Plumbers. No written report or work done, just suggestions to hire a Roofer and an Electrician!??
4 years ago they did a great job, not sure what happened, seems to be just another Post-Covid Skeleton crew.

Dane and his partner arrived ahead of schedule and gave us a very reasonable quote to replace the hot and cold valves for our washing machine hookups and told us they had the valves and other materials with them and could install them if we choose. We agreed, and they proceeded to install the new valves, modify our outlet accordingly, cleaned up the project site and finished in a very short period of time. Both Dane and his assistant were very professional, courteous and answered all of our questions. I would not hesitate to recommend them to family or friends for their plumbing needs.

I live in a mobile home park (55 plus) and had two leaks under my home. A young man came to fix them. He was professional and polite. When he finished the job he told me the cost would be $155.00 but then he said because I live in a ""trailer"" he had to charge me $100.00 more.!!!!!! That is so crazy. Make sure you ask about how much you will be charged extra because of the type of home you live in.

staff super friendly but work poor. Had a faucet installed over dirt when they removed old one. Had two toilets to install, want to install over dirt as said would not come off, I insisted and cleaned before they installed, it all came off. On the second toilet they claimed it was broken when they installed it, they installed a brand new toilet with a CRACK and chalked it and they pointed it out, they asked if acceptable. No I did not want a brand new toilet installed with a crack. Very poor service- think they must delete poor reviews as called them as they had a good rating. Think they over charged as cost for one bathroom faucet and two toilet installs, I supplied faucet and toilets cost was $550. Do not recommend this company

After having very good service from Mike Davis Plumbing I had an additional need for a plumber. They sent out two plumbers but neither seemed to have a clue about basement plumbing. They left telling me they would do research and get back to me. They never got back to me so I researched my issue and found the solution at an obscure company(sarcasm) call Grainger. I called back to MD Plumbing and was told that they could not find a solution to my problem AND they were not interested in fixing it. Do yourself a favor and find a plumber who has actual experience OR is interested in learning. NEVER AGAIN
