I called MC Plumbing because we were having some issues with knocking pipes. Shane came out and assessed the problem. He even crawled under the house (it was 100 degrees outside!). We had the work done the very next week (by Shane). No more knocking pipes.

Shane was a delight to work with: extremely efficient, and very professional.

I set up an appointment for last Friday to have a plumber from Mike Counsil Plumbing come out between 2 and 4 to give me an estimate on some work that needs to be done. I need a clean out put in and a new pipe running to the clean out. I was told it was gonna cost $89 just to have someone take a look. Seems very expensive to me, but I had read good reviews so I thought it might be worth it. Well, nobody bothered to come out to keep the appointment. And they didn't bother to try to contact me to explain why. I wasted 2 hours of my day waiting for someone to show up. Very unprofessional on their part. I wouldn't recommend this company to anybody

Mike Counsil Plumbing provided us with amazing service! We had tried Allstar Plumbing first and they were absolutely horrible, their tech had no clue what he was doing they ended up causing us more issues. Mike Counsil Plumbing sent us Kevin B. who was very professional and knowledgeable. He knew exactly what the problem was right away. Although he was not able to fix our issue, as he informed us it was an AC unit leak, he provided the information we needed for us to get it fixed. I would 100% recommend Mike Counsil Plumbing. They are most definitely worth their knowledge and service they provide.

I called Mike Counsil Plumbing for second inspection to replace part of my sewer line and was very impressed with the gentleman that came out. Kevin was very professional and knowledgeable, and took thorough pictures and explained everything in detail. I have nothing against the actual service I received from Mike Counsil Plumbing. It was getting someone out there that was surprisingly hard. TL; DR is, they are so busy grabbing your business that there isn't much wiggle room for keeping your business if something goes awry.

I got their name through Angie's List and after posting my query they called lightning-fast. Offered me service the next day. Felt lucky. The next day came and no one showed up -- turned out I had to call them that morning to confirm I still needed them before they'd come out. No one had told me that. I understand they don't want dead leads but now I felt penalized.

They rescheduled me, two days out, and that morning they called to reschedule -- plumber was sick. Two more days out. At that point I asked them to waive the visit fee because I could have gone somewhere else three days ago.

Third time was the charm: I called to confirm morning-of, someone actually came, and they did a good job. Seems like a tightly run ship -- maybe a little too tight if it took three tries to get them out there.

Called for service n Cody n Richard came by to give me an estimate for my plumbing problem. There were very efficient n professional was able to diagnose the problem n gave me my estimate. There are very competent plumbers!!

I wanted an estimate for extending a natural gas line for a new gas BBQ. I agreed to pay $89 for them to come by and provide a quote for the project. They called the day of the appointment to re-schedule because the prior job was running longer than expected. They offered to provide the quote for free to compensate for the inconvenience. The day of the second appointment they had to re-schedule again, and gave the same explanation. They arrived on time for the third appointment. After looking over the job they asked me to pay $811 to complete a test before they could provide an estimate for my project.

I received quotes from two other licensed, bonded & insured plumbers. Neither required the test for their estimates.

I had a problem with roots blocking my sewer pipe. I called Mike Counsil plumbing. They came and tried hard to unblock the pipe but weren't able to initially. When I suggested they unblock from the roadside drain, they succeeded in unblocking it. Later they installed a root barrier with a cleanout which fixed the problem permanently. Very happy with what they did
