A driver for this company rear ended my wife. Now the company is avoiding responsibility and is refusing to communicate with our insurance company.
This says a lot about whether or not you can trust this company to do work in your home.
I would give zero stars if I could. The customer service is awful! After you spend a fortune on a new a/c & furnace they could care less about you. They constantly cancel appointments on the day of. When they finally do come they are not prepared. They don't have the parts or tools needed.
BUYER BEWARE!!!
Was rescheduled twice and on the third try a technician came out and basically said he didn't feel comfortable performing the work which was to simply open two Breeze Air coolers. He said his ladders weren't big enough, even though it explained how other techs have serviced the units with an 8 foot ladder. Their policy of refusing to give a 2-4 hour block of time on when to expect a technician (basically the customer is on call for the entire day) is not a fit for professional people.
This company is a complete joke. I paid 8K last year for a new swamp cooler and they installed it incorrectly and I had severe roof/ceiling damage as a result. They refused to fix their mistake until I threatened litigation. They said my warranty covered 5 yrs of winterization and start up. I called before winter and they came out no problem. This spring I called and they wanted to charge me $250 to start up my swamp cooler claiming the warranty does not cover any winterization or start up. I finally faught enough to convince them to come start up my swamp cooler this year only and they scheduled me 2 weeks out. I've been suffering though 90 degree heat waiting for them. I received a confirmation email and text the day prior to my appointment and then the afternoon BEFORE my appointment I received a text saying they needed to reschedule me. I called and said this was unacceptable as I have been waiting 2 weeks for this and I was told there were other families without A/C so they were a priority. And guess what! It's supposed to be in the 90s again this week. How this company is still around is beyond me. This is the WORST company I have ever worked with since everything is a fight with them. Worst mistake of my life to use this company. BE WARNED, THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY THEN LEAVE YOU HIGH AND DRY WHEN YOU NEED HELP.
I scheduled an appointment to get my swamp cooler serviced and running as it's still winterizes and the heat has been getting to be too much to manage with just fans... My appointment was confirmed however just two days before my appointment they canceled on me and told me their next available day isn't for more than a week after my original appointment.
Add to that they won't schedule a time window so you have to commit to being home the entire day and I'm a lot more than just ""inconvenienced"". I have a drywaller starting work this week and something tells me it's going to be difficult to get him to do work inside a 90°+ house.
We are very happy with Mighty. They installed a Toshiba split unit heating and cooling unit in 2023 and it's functioned perfectly over the past year. Communication with Mighty was great, their techs were very knowledgeable and capable and follow up has been a good experience. We shopped around and got 4 different quotes. And while Mighty wasn't the best price, they seemed to be the most knowledgeable and creative as our project was complicated.
We had an electrical problem at our house, which ended up requiring a full electric panel replacement in addition to work in a zone of our house, as the original panel was no longer safe and out of code. The Mighty team diagnosed the issue, isolated the issue, and came back within a couple of days to complete the work. Our team was Orlando and Jacob. They were incredibly professional, polite, competent and punctual. The cost was very reasonable, and no one tried to upsell us to more expensive equipment than was needed for the job. We are so grateful for the Mighty team!
Great Electrician!
Orlando came out to put an outlet behind the dishwasher since the last one was hardwired and I couldn't get my new dishwasher installed.
He came out and gave us some estimates, educated me on my breaker box, did a great job on the new outlet and was very professional and friendly.
I will be calling them again!

When it first opened I like them.
Last visit was quoted 2300 dollars to run a thermostat wire no more than 12 feet. Another company ran a new wire for less than 100 dollars and shared my same feels forward their quote. They are unethical and don't walk run away
Also tech who did a maintenance call put stickers all over my furnace to ensure I knew who to call. My home is not a fire hydrant for you to mark. Don't put your crap on my stuff when I ask you to remove it. Told me it was company policy.
Save your self the headache and call someone else.
Kelly C.I wish I could give 0 stars. I was having furnace issues. Mighty sent a tech to evaluate the issue. The tech said I needed a new furnace & A/C unit. What he was telling me wasn't matching up so I called another company for a second opinion. Mighty provided my pictures of ""my"" cracked furnace. The other company reviewed the pictures and did a full diagnostics. The pictures were not of my furnace. The issue was fixed with a $30 part for a total of $160; compared to Mighty telling me I needed to spend $20,000 for a new furnace @ A/C. I tried to call to speak with the manager, Mark. After repeated attempts I received to response. Don't get scammed. This is not a reputable, honest company.
