We are very happy with Mighty. They installed a Toshiba split unit heating and cooling unit in 2023 and it's functioned perfectly over the past year. Communication with Mighty was great, their techs were very knowledgeable and capable and follow up has been a good experience. We shopped around and got 4 different quotes. And while Mighty wasn't the best price, they seemed to be the most knowledgeable and creative as our project was complicated.
We had an electrical problem at our house, which ended up requiring a full electric panel replacement in addition to work in a zone of our house, as the original panel was no longer safe and out of code. The Mighty team diagnosed the issue, isolated the issue, and came back within a couple of days to complete the work. Our team was Orlando and Jacob. They were incredibly professional, polite, competent and punctual. The cost was very reasonable, and no one tried to upsell us to more expensive equipment than was needed for the job. We are so grateful for the Mighty team!
Great Electrician!
Orlando came out to put an outlet behind the dishwasher since the last one was hardwired and I couldn't get my new dishwasher installed.
He came out and gave us some estimates, educated me on my breaker box, did a great job on the new outlet and was very professional and friendly.
I will be calling them again!

When it first opened I like them.
Last visit was quoted 2300 dollars to run a thermostat wire no more than 12 feet. Another company ran a new wire for less than 100 dollars and shared my same feels forward their quote. They are unethical and don't walk run away
Also tech who did a maintenance call put stickers all over my furnace to ensure I knew who to call. My home is not a fire hydrant for you to mark. Don't put your crap on my stuff when I ask you to remove it. Told me it was company policy.

Kelly C.I wish I could give 0 stars. I was having furnace issues. Mighty sent a tech to evaluate the issue. The tech said I needed a new furnace & A/C unit. What he was telling me wasn't matching up so I called another company for a second opinion. Mighty provided my pictures of ""my"" cracked furnace. The other company reviewed the pictures and did a full diagnostics. The pictures were not of my furnace. The issue was fixed with a $30 part for a total of $160; compared to Mighty telling me I needed to spend $20,000 for a new furnace @ A/C. I tried to call to speak with the manager, Mark. After repeated attempts I received to response. Don't get scammed. This is not a reputable, honest company.
These guys are crooks, bullshitters and price gougers. We were overcharged big time! Plus, a couple of things were not installed correctly. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I kick myself everyday for hiring them to install new sewer pipes. It was like fighting congress just to get get an itemized invoice to give to our insurance company to file a claim. The invoice they provide is a paragraph describing what they did with the total cost. They are also based in Denver and I believe from looking at their website no longer serving Colorado Springs, hopefully.
For a basic flush valve and flapper replacement w/parts and labor in the master bathroom toilet, they were going to charge me $800!!! That's absolutely ridiculous! I got Rooter Guy Plumbing to make the repair at $225 all-inclusive WITH a 1yr. Warranty on parts and labor.
Christy K.I'll never use these people again! Total rip off! My water heater went out its commercial grade $7009!!! WTF. Then we asked for itemized detail we called Nick 4 times... VM full and no return calls! Never again !
Ben L.Incredibly disappointed in the overall service and quality especially in follow through. Had a mini split system installed. Showed up to appointment without equipment they needed in order to complete installation so it was rescheduled. They didn't completely seal the roof causing a leak which required professional mitigation and several more visits. Missed installation of line hide which was on quote and had to return another time to do so. Didn't pull required permit which was also on quote, had to return to do this.
Finally the biggest issue, they stated the installation qualified for Xcel and Denver Rebates which both have pre-approval processes for the company to go through. Assumed they did that important step before putting those rebates on the invoice. Apparently they did not and didn't install the right equipment resulting in all the rebates being denied. Despite numerous follow up with both the company and the city they refused to follow through on their written guarantees. Created significant financial issues and had to engage the legal system in order to try to rectify the situation.
Highly recommend staying away from this company and finding a company that will stand behind their written word, and that provides a more organized, consistent, and higher quality work.
BEWARE! My heater would not come on after not using it for the whole summer. Technician came out and took the cover off the furnace. It immediately kicked on and started to work. Coral, the technician told me not to get too excited when I was thrilled that she had fixed it so quickly. She then proceeded to tell me that I needed a $1900 part. She was very nice until I started asking questions. I expressed that I wanted to wait and see if my heater stopped working again before ordering such an expensive part. She told me it could completely destroy my furnace if I kept operating it without this new part. I know enough about these things to see that she was clearly selling me some thing I did not need. She started and said that she would throw in a service agreement that would cover draining my hot water heater. I told her I drained my own hot water heater and would not need the service agreement. I told her that I was going to wait and see if I actually needed the part because now everything seemed to be working fine. She said that it was hard to get on the books and that I might be without a heater in the dead of winter, if I did not go ahead and order this from her now. She started to get upset and pushy as well as visibly angry at me. I told her I would like to pay the service call and that I appreciated her coming over with such short notice. She took my credit card payment, handed me a receipt, never said another thing to me and walked out. I get the feeling this is a typical scam for her and this time it didn't work. A month later, my heater is still working great. The company did follow up with a call and asked me how everything went. I was honest with them. It's hard to say if this is typical of the company or just typical of the technician... Either way, beware of using Coral.
