If I could give a zero I would. This company is engaging in price gouging and charged us more than DOUBLE the cost of other plumbing companies for the same service. Do yourself a favor and get second and third opinions... you will save THOUSANDS of dollars. This company boats a 90 day price match guarantee if you find a plumber with a cheaper estimate. We presented them with TWO for half the price they charged and they are stringing us along for 7 weeks now acting like they don't know who is in charge and who can make that call. Most recently I was told their owner would be contacting me and its been a week with no contact. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY they are scammers and con artists.

The time for the appt I scheduled was changed the day of, then the technician arrived late. He contrived an outrageous estimate in excess of 4k for 3 simple, straightforward tasks (replace the faucet and filter on a shower and the faucet on a sink in one bathroom, and the sink basin in another). I was supplying the materials. There would be no actual ""plumbing"" other than to turn off the water line, disconnect the threaded, hand-tightened flexible hoses and later reconnect them - basically the same amt of expertise needed to replace a clothes washing machine. When I expressed my disbelief at the cost, the technician defended it as both fair and reasonable, and mentioned the company charges $700/hr, then alleged they are in line with other plumbing companies in the area. I've lived here close to 30 yrs and used many plumbers, and none come close to this exorbitant rate. I declined the service and asked the service charge be waived. I later spoke with the field manager who vouched for the dollar amount itself for the job, though said they charge by the job and not the hour. In my opinion, this borders on offensive. I cannot recommend this company.

Billed $600+ for a toilet installation. We already had the toilet ready, all they had to do was swap them out. Someone from Mighty Plumbing came out to install it and when he left, noticed a leak around the base of the toilet. We called them back, which they are very difficult to get a hold of. We communicated mostly through voicemail as you have to speak to a specific person for the scheduling, named Amanda and let them know that the toilet installation was not done correctly and now is leaking water from the base. They said they would call the installer and have them return to fix it. The person we spoke to, Bebe, told us the installer was notified about the toilet but chose not to return to fix it. We asked them to send someone else to come finish the toilet installation and they did. The new guy tells us that our toilet is not the problem but our concrete subfloor will have to be jackhammered 5 feet deep to fix the problem. We just had the floors re-tiled and just needed this simple toilet installation to complete the remodel. They are saying we will have to rip it all up in order to get the toilet installed properly, FOR $4,000. We tell them we will be looking at other options. The toilet at this point is still not installed! We shopped around and found someone to fix the leak for $350, but Mighty Plumbing still charged half of the $600+! For what?! NOTHING WAS INSTALLED! When I called back and told them we were going with someone else, they tried to ""match"" the other plumber but at that point we did not want to work with this company further. Avoid.

Mighty did a pretty simple toilet repair and supply line and valve replacement for me today. The tech was quick and completed the job well, with no mess left behind. Overall a great experience. They were very expensive however, the only downside.

Prices are outrageous, claim to be a local mom and pop business but far from. Call these guys or Applewood you'll get same price and calue/service.
Owner drives $300k cars and is unresponsive when theirs a complaint. Never have I ever dealt with someone someone so arrogant. Steer cleR, several other local businesses to support. This one is a scam

I called and got an estimate on a couple large plumbing jobs. The technician they sent the first time seemed very knowledgeable. However...a couple days later I needed someone to come over asap and change some washing machine valves. I needed the job done asap because of another unrelated home improvement job. A different technician came by the next day and replaced the valves. About an hour after they left I noticed one was leaking, I called and they sent the same guy back over the next day to fix it. He said he fixed it and was about to leave when I noticed it was still dripping! Absolutely terrible quality control and attention to detail. I said im sorry but that is still dripping and will need to be fixed yet again. He then removed all the problematic fittings and replaced them with a different style of valve and soldered it into place. Finally not dripping he left. Needless to say I'm not planning on hiring them for the remaining major plumbing job. It is mind boggling to me that the technician didn't check his work for leaks on either occasion!

Terrible place. My deceased daughter used this company and she got a lot of work done for $42,000. After the work was complete they had to come back at least 15 times. I recently called them to tell them that we lost the sale of the house because the heater was once again not working. We sold it since then and there was a major leak upstairs and they put brand new plumbing the entire house with galvanize plumbing they said it wasn't their work so I had to pay another $10,000 I have asked them to return $5000-$8,000 of my money due to their constant come backs. And they never got a part in for the upstairs air conditioning so we had to sell it not fixed or complete. The owner never calls back and doesn't take this seriously thinks I'm joking around and refuses to give us money back or any money at all so I have filed in court, but they are very backed up in Adams county. Therefore it's going to take a little extra time and they are aware of this and they're still unwilling to even give anything back for their sloppy inconsistent work that wasn't even complete. Zach a former employee lied so much and said he was the co- owner , which wasn't true . See you in court .......

I've used this company for several years now and can't believe the price for connecting a drain, setting a bathtub and new facet for a shower. The tech gave me a price of $3300 We've had the same work done before for another client and paid less than $700. I'm all for increasing prices but this is ridiculous and for a couple hours of work, no thank you!!! FIND ANOTHER COMPANY THAT DOES PRICE GOUGE!!!

They were very fast to communicate, and they came to my house the same day I called. Sadly, by the time they came around 6 pm and the time it would take to fix the furnace, it was going to be out of office hours, and there was going to be a charge of $500 extra, so we decided not to do it with them.

The technician was friendly and a little pushy into getting a new furnace, and he offered us all these brochures from the company. Honestly, we just wanted to fix our furnace because we can't add another expense after recently buying this house.

I would say that the second company did a better throughout inspection of our furnace, and it wasn't pushing any sales on us.

Either way, we knew our furnace was 17 years old, and we will need a new furnace and A/c unit. So, I would keep them as one of my options in the future.
