Last week I called upon mighty plumbing, and was able to get my clogged sink quickly resolved. We just had an excellent experience with Mighty Plumbing! Our shower was being slow to drain so we (naively) had Roto-Rooter come out to take a look. We were told something must have fallen down our drains and we'd need to spend thousands to tear out walls to get to the pipe / the blockage. Needless to say we wanted a second opinion. The first thing I loved about Mighty was that when I called and explained we had a slow draining shower, the man I spoke with (I believe Bobby?) was willing to talk me through how to try snaking the drain myself to avoid any fees. After I told him we had already tried that, he sent out David. David was there in under an hour and, even more impressively, fixed the issue in under an hour! No walls torn down and nowhere near the massive quote we received from Roto-rooter. Bottom line: these guys did great, high quality, speedy work and seem extremely trust worthy. Will be using them moving forward for all our plumbing needs!

Had leaking water valve for refrigerator ice maker. Employee who arrived seemed clueless. Did not have parts needed and did not know how to frame the box. Had to make several trips to Home Depot. The finished product is an unprofessional mess and leaves a large open hole in the wall uncovered. The hole can not be covered with dry wall because the box has been mounted deep within the wall because it was not framed properly. Did not realize how poorly and what a mess was done until after the technician left. It will cost lots of $$ to get someone to now come in and fix the shoddy workmanship. The leak was stopped and the water shut off valve does work, that about all that is positive.

I have called them for several issues and every time they are helpful, professional, easy to work with, and get the job done. A few of the jobs were planned in advance but I've also had an emergency...Bobby squeezed me into the schedule ASAP which I really appreciated. Also shout out to Alain who is nice as can be, professional and does a great job. I also find their scheduling texts and payment processes frictionless and easy.
