Our sewer line backed up in the basement. After another company's high estimate I called Mighty Plumbing. Adrian gave a fair quote after asking a couple questions to confirm issue over the phone. They took the time to troubleshoot and properly diagnose the problem (main sewer line to the road came detached from the exit line from the house). This required digging and replacing the pipe. They worked quickly, were very pleasant to work with, and they took great care to fix the issue and even replant bushes and reattach the gutter drains that had been disturbed. I would recommend them to anyone. Wish I had known about these guys before calling Mr. Rooter who came to hydroblast (twice), which only temporarily relieved the issue and they charged so much $.

I posted a photo of my invoice as to not have my review discredited. The newly installed toilet was not secured to the floor and the flange was broken which caused a water leak. I was really happy with my interaction with Mighty Plumbing and I understand mistakes happen. But this mistake has caused me additional money and frustration. Could I have had Mighty Plumbing come back and fix what they broke? Of course, but at this point I had zero confidence and went to someone I trust. My handyman came behind them and explained what happened. He told me that I was lucky the water leak wasn't much worse...#blessed Buyer beware. A toilet install is pretty basic. If I need someone for a second opinion or to come behind you, I'll pass on future interactions. That said, Mighty Plumbing has a 1 year warranty and will come back if needed.

Seriously-- while these guys weren't even able to come out, because, like so many others right now, they're backed up for ages, they still helped me out. He talked to me calmly for a long time to walk through what might be the issue, then walked me through turning off a valve to stop water leaking on my floor. He then insisted I call him back in an hour just so we could make sure the issue was what he thought and that everything was okay- even though they wouldn't be able to come out. How great is that? Turns out, I have a broken dishwasher, not a plumbing issue. Thank you, Mighty Plumbing, for taking time you didn't need to take to help out in a difficult time-- I'm so grateful.

I recently contacted Mighty plumbing for an obscure plumbing issue with my tub and toilet not draining on the top floor of my home. The day prior, the tub/toilet worked fine and no one used the tub so no hairball issues. We also do not have small children that would flush a wad of toilet paper nor toy. The kicker was that Mighty Plumbing had to complete this job asap bc it was the same day I delivered my daughter. While i was at the hospital, they worked on the job trying to diagnose this issue. We ran into some expected delays but at the end of 3 days they figured out the issue and resolved it before I came home from the hospital. Which was what I asked for. The bill was acceptable. I am really impressed with the clear communication and customer service. Adrian stayed in full contact with me. Unfortunately, i did not catch the name of the guy that actually came to the house but I heard he was also very polite and professional. As a customer, I appreciate the old school subject matter expert tied with customer service. I definitely recommend them for any plumbing needs.

These guys are the BEST! The alarm on my sump pump went off in the middle of the night, following a torrential downpour. Found this company online, and called the next morning and spoke to Adrian. He sent two men right over that same morning, and they installed a new sump pump. The price was very reasonable and in line with what Adrian had quoted; they were professional and efficient. A day or two later the old alarm went off again, and they brought me a spanking new alarm (different brand) which they installed free of charge. This was over two weeks ago and the new sump pump is operating great. I will only call Mighty Plumbing in the future, and would recommend them highly!

After requesting a quote for a job fixing a pipe under our sink, I sent them a picture of the problem. Rather than come out and give me a pricey repair, they called me and said they can easily walk me through the fix on the phone for no charge. He knows his trade and equally important, he explains what he needs to do and why. He responds to calls and texts quickly and manages expectations very well. The prices are fair and the work is pro.
