Shoutout to Trinidad! Due to the major atmospheric river storms earlier this year, we had several leaks form in our roof. While getting roof quotes for resurfacing our roof (it's foam), we found out that we needed to replace our gas lines so it's up to code (hurray eichlers with gas lines on the roof haha). Since there would be roof work happening anyways, we decided to tie in this opportunity by setting up another gas line for a future gas fireplace.

It took some back and forth deciding what we wanted, but ultimately Trinidad helped us figure out a choice that was not only best for our budget but made sense for our long term goals for our home. We are so appreciative of his patience, taking the time to explain what he will be doing, and making sure that any concerns or questions we had were heard.

He's really the kind of person that is transparent with you, collaborative so that everyone is satisfied with the process and outcome, and trustworthy. And he's an overall friendly cool guy. Thank you, Trinidad!

This is a bit overdue but I wanted to sing the praises of Mighty Plumbing and Trinidad in particular.
On New Year's Eve, we had had the ""mother of all storms"" and for the first time in the 25 years living here, my ground level garage, hallway, laundry room and the lite well flooded. I contacted Mighty Plumbing (Trinidad had done some work 5 years earlier in my bathroom - he was still in my contacts) and he actually came out the very next day, on the holiday. It took a while but Trinidad got the drains flowing. He is very knowledgeable and skilled as a plumber, very personable and easy to work with. He explained everything and cleaned up really well when finished.
He also went the extra mile and checked the sewer line from the house to the curb. What he found was unsettling - the steel pipe under my house was fine but the clay pipe from the garage to the curb was not. As he put it that pipe was "" at the end of its useful life"", could break down anytime and ought to be replaced sooner than later. His decision to go beyond just dealing with the 2 drains that overflowed, led me to learn of a potentially greater problem waiting to happen. I went ahead, got some proposals and recently had the work done.
I am so grateful to Trinidad and pleased with his service - to have a plumber come out quickly, on the holiday, and take care of the situation. Mighty Plumber will continue to be my "" go to"" company when I need a plumber again.

Trinidad was very efficient! He arrived late in the afternoon and stayed over 3 hours trying, in vain, to solve my clogged drain problem. Mighty Plumbing was terrific. We called them in to provide a second opinion on a sewer clog after the first plumber claimed we'd need a ton of work done costing several thousand dollars. Mighty showed up the same day we called and, within minutes, had discovered the cause of the clog (a plastic water bottle; God knows how that got in there). Like a good consumer I got a couple estimates for a busted tankless water heater. The solution from the other two plumbers was ""replace"" the whole unit. And a $2000-$3000 job.

Trinidad was the last to come through and the only one of them to actually look for and diagnose the specific problem. This should be the rule and not the exception. And with Mighty Plumbing it was the rule. Trinidad painstakingly diagnosed the problem. Ordered one part. Replaced that part. In so doing he repaired my existing water heater for less than $500, closer to $400 actually and therefor saved me around $2000. Mighty Plumbing conducts its business with the customer in mind and a level of integrity that seems more and more rare.
