I found Might Pine on NextDoor and they did not steer us wrong. Judd and his team (Aldo, Tyler, and Jeremy) were amazing. Judd was knowledgeable and worked with us for a reasonable price on a new HVAC and water heater. He even did all the rebates for us. On top of that, he provided a portable AC unit to keep us cool until he could do the installation. His team was curious, professional, and knowledgeable as well. I would use Mighty Pine again in a heartbeat.

I highly recommend Neko Favela at Mighty Pine! The thermostat and HVAC at my condo were not working and would not turn on, so I called Mighty Pine for help. I have tenants leasing my condo and felt terrible about the situation because it's now summer and the weather is warming up. Luckily, I got an appointment scheduled within 48 hours. Neko did excellent work repairing the HVAC system at my condo. I was very worried about getting it fixed because it's not a common system to service, so it was a relief when Neko found and diagnosed the problem right away! He knew exactly what the problem was and how to fix it. Fast response time, excellent communication, knowledgeable, and provided quality service. Huge thanks to Neko for getting the AC and heat up and running again. My tenants are happy and can finally enjoy the summer again.

Our water heater broke in the middle of the winter two years ago. They came out and replaced both our furnace and water heater for around the same price as quotes we got for the water heater alone others. They did a good job and when the intake dislodged on the water heater a few month later, the came and fixed it without much hassle. Great prices, reliable and honest business.

Might pine squeezed is in the schedule and got to us very quickly. Other companies I called were booked 2 weeks out so I know they worked some magic for me. The tech diagnosed the problem and had us up and running. Hours later the new part failed (no fault of theirs) and we were back at square 1. Mighty pine had someone out immediately to fix the issue and we were up and running.

I care about service. Stuff breaks and breaks again. As long as I'm being taken care of as a priority and things are explained to me. I'm happy.

These guys were great. Very professional. Even the owner called to check on me.

Can't say enough about how pleased we were with the services from Mighty Pine. Everyone on their team (Nick, technician who came out for troubleshooting services, Wayne for his expertise on choosing the appropriate system, Judd for handling the installation) was terrific to deal with, very knowledgable and helpful.

Pricing was great and service was outstanding. They even went out of their way to provide a portable AC unit (making a special trip from across town, at that) to help us get through the window of time while our AC was completely dead until they could get the new unit installed.

Can't recommend them enough, and they'd be my first call if/when furnace/AC issues come up.

The company sent me a photo of the technician and a time frame when he would be on his way. Then I got another message 30 minutes before his arrival. I love this feature as it allowed me to be free to answer the door and speak with Mike when he got here and not be on a work related call/meeting. Our furnace has been rattling. We explained the situation, Mike provided input and options for solutions. We went with a tune up and signed up for the membership which includes the AC tune up. We're getting a quote from Mighty on repair parts and labor for the furnace. The tune up went well, nothing unusual; we learned about other items we need to look for when troubleshooting. However, if anything major happens to our furnace or AC - we are calling Mighty Pine to fix it! I liked the straightforward approach, didn't try to upsell services I didn't need, timeliness and affordability.
