Charged $820 for a pressure test and for replacing a couple sections of galvanized gas pipe seems very expensive to me when the the pipe is a little over $7 a section.

Mike's Plumbing was recommended to me twice, once by Faris Plumbing and the next time was from my daughter that just lives down the road from me by 3 and 1/2 miles. Both times we had to get them a credit card number and both appointments "on the day of" were cancelled because "they do not service the McCook area that I live in". Then why did the service my daughter's home just 4 months ago! I do not recommend Mike's Plumbing to anyone that lives within their area of service, because you can
not depend on them. The first service call was scheduled more that a week later and the next was to be the next day. My advice to seek out better rated companies.

Called & made appointment for the next business day. This company does not provide a detail bill. Your bill is just the TOTAL AMOUNT. The tech, KRIS, Journey Foreman, quoted me some prices & I went with the lowest, of course. I called the office to see about bill details. I was told that I was charged for a "maintence plan" which I specifically asked Kris if there was a charge and/or a monthly fee. He told me, NO & NO! Two things I detest in a human being is a LIAR & A THIEF!! RECORD your conversations with their techs as they will tell you they never said what you were told. I wasn't given a maintence contact & was told I have a year with Mikes & a 6yr pro-rated warranty with Rheem on my hot water heater. Their LABOR WAS A LOT MORE THAN THE TOTAL COST OF THE 40 gal HOT WATER HEATER. Service call is $50

If I could rate this company any lower, I would. I made an appointment to have a plumber look at my sink drain and pipes to make sure everything was good to install a garbage disposal and dishwasher. I made the appointment a week and a half earlier. THE DAY OF THE APPOINTMENT, they call me to say they wouldn't be honoring the appointment because they weren't actually installing the equipment. They never mentioned there was an issue and they gave us no time to find another plumber before the equipment was to be installed. Low class company..never again

I hired Mike's for an AC install in my newly renovated home. From the customer service reps to the technician who came, everyone was courteous and professional. Since my knowledge of AC systems is minimal at best, I appreciated the explanations the technician gave me and wouldn't hesitate to use them again. It's true that their prices are higher than other companies nearby, but you can't skimp on quality. My home is comfortable and there have been no issues.

Excellent service! In the aftermath of Hurricane Laura my tenant's hot water heater sprung a leak and the water shut off. I called Mike's and they got a supervisor out there that day, he attached a shut off valve and installed a new hot water heater the next day. The amount is exactly as quoted with no surprises. The plumber was pleasant and thorough.

I would definitely recommend them and will continue to call on them for our future needs.

Mikes plumbing told me thy needed to come out to my house to tell me how much they would charge to do a hydrostatic test. On arrival, the technician stated that they could not find the exterior pluming clean out valve and then dug a large number of holes in the yard to try to randomly find it without asking for permission. The technician then tried to pressure me into paying for extremely expensive and overpriced tests before I ultimately asked him to leave. The technician did not even fill in the random holes he dug! Do not use this company they are unprofessional scam artists!
