Reached out on a weekend evening via Yelp because they said they do emergency services. I got a quick response saying they'd be available the following morning at 10am and to text them directly. I did so right away and asked if they wanted more information or photos. I never got a response, including when I texted the following morning at 10am to inquire if still available. I don't fault anyone for decisions to take business on a weekend or if they want to take a job or not, but I do expect a response once initiated because it affects wether I'm looking for an alternative.
