This business is slow to respond. They fix things halfway, then don't honor any verbal agreements. I was promised a partial refund and some additional repair work-- I got sick of waiting after 3 weeks. I would not recommend them, unless you enjoy incompetence and a frustrating lack of communication.

Did a very poor job. Had to hire Sears to come out and repair the work. My fence was put up with finishing nails, which is not done outside, the 2 x4 were put in with 2" nails, fence falling apart. The gate side is 3 different levels, gate does not close and not level. The list goes on and on. A complete waste on money. Do not recommend for any job.

Contacted Mighty Does because their beautiful website was promising and easy to fill out a form. Communication was good from the beginning. The quality of work for cabinetry was okay. However for the plumbing job, Mighty Does made it worse. No pipe sealant, tape or caulk was used -so I had to reassemble the pipes myself using these items to fix the leak.

Do not hire these guys. They appear to be very professional but never finished the job. They have problems with their workers showing up. As soon as they start work they demand payment. I had a two day job and they canceled my second day of work. They charge sales tax on the labor which is not included in their estimate.

If I could not give a star I would. I can't even review their services because they never got back to me. I called and left a message, I filled out their online contact form, and called some more. Maybe they aren't in business anymore or maybe they just don't care enough about costumer service to get back to a potential costumer.
There are plenty of other handymen in Houston that answer their phones and return emails to even bother with Mighty Does.
