DO NOT HIRE THIS GUY!!! Wish I could leave 0 stars. Made an appointment with this jackass days in advance and then he can't even be bothered to call and say he's running three hours late, completely ruining my day waiting for him. Then when I try to reschedule, he calls me, calling me names and yelling profanities at me in front of my children. Obviously unstable and completely unprofessional. I'm thinking of calling the police and getting a restraining order on this guy...

I am very pleased with the level of service received from Stephen. He answered my call on a Saturday afternoon and made arrangements to come out immediately. He did his due diligence to try and make sure the most cost efficient approach was taken. As the part to repair had to be ordered...Stephen kept me informed and came right out once the part was received. Happy to report we were back in business with laundry within 3 days (including the weekend). Trustworthy and dependable. Will definitely do business with him again and highly recommend.

Found Midwid Repairs here on Yelp. Called this morning (Saturday). Phone was answered promptly, with the utmost professionalism. The owner came out ON TIME accessed the job and gave me a quote which I accepted. He left to get the part... returned and completed the job. I am a VERY happy customer and will be calling Midwid for any future appliance repairs. Good to know a GREAT biz!

These guys are a joke. Didn't complete the job. Terrible service. They like their fees though. I wish I could post photos to show the electrical work cutting corners...romex not inside a junction box. And the vulgar responses I got from the owner after I said I didn't want them to continue. If you want half ass work, and disrespectful workers; hire this company.

I contacted Midwid when I had a leaking washing machine. At first, Steve asked that I run it again to see what happens, and then he would come out. From that he was able to determine the cause of the leak. After Steve found the cause he throughly explained it, how it happens, and how he would fix it. I told him I wanted to do additional research and he was totally cool with that, I just paid his service fee that went into the end total anyway. After that research I found that Steve's price was completely normal and that everything he told me was 100% true. When I was able to get the repair done Steve was prompt and professional willing to explain everything to me in terms I could understand. I recommend this company if you have any issues related to appliances in the Atlanta area.

Terrible customer service all they want is to collect service fees. Any question asked it's we will come out for a fee. The owner did not even ask me any questions about my unit or the problems I was having. I even said well I'm open to replacing unit, I don't want a diagnosis on any repairs. He still said it would be $100 to come out to tell me price of a new unit. Several companies offered to give free quotes on a new system. Bad service and I doubt they know what they are doing, making a living collecting quick fees....save your time and money!!!!

Good service on my first job. The second job may have to much for them but instead they tried to do job without success. They left without bringing back all my equipment. I called but didn't receive a call back. I was disappointed in the final outcome.

Had these guys out last month to change out a piece in our furnace. They were reasonably priced and did a great job. On top of that they were really friendly and did not try to up sell, or talk down to me like a lot of companies tend to do. I am now going to try them out for plumbing services will update if my review changes.
