Fast response time (one week during the beginning of summer when everyone's AC is dying), but the tech was extremely rude, repeatedly misgendered my wife and glared at both her and our flags, was reluctant to service our unit, and then left as quickly as possible without waiting to make sure the unit was actually functioning properly (it wasn't!).

Do not use their services if you're visibly queer or have pride flags up at all.

We recently had our AC stolen, i had no idea where to start. So i tried Yelp, and picked this company based on the reviews. I made a phone call, explained the situation, and they said yes they could help out. I believe it was the owner. He looked up the size of the house, recommended a 3 ton. I asked about brands and he said that they were pretty much the same. They carry a top of the line, and it is 14,000, He said i will not let you spend that much! I was sold right there, because of his integrity. He scheduled a appointment for a once over on the house, and to check the air flow. After that was complete the actual install was later that week. I was told it would take about 8 hrs, but it took only 6. After the install, we ran into another problem, we did not have the correct current for the AC, WHO KNEW. We corrected that problem, and they came back out to make sure it was installed correctly and also gave tips, as to what vents to close to make the air flow correctly.

I called them two more times, the first time to ask about a cage to deter the AC from theft, he told me they don't carry those, however if we have it there on the install day, they would install it. It was not there on the initial install, but when they came back to finish up a week later, the one we ordered was there and partially installed. They finished installing it for us!

The second call was we have a gas insert in our fireplace and was told that we need to get it installed by a HVAC company. I called to schedule that appointment to co-inside with the AC. I was told ma'am, we don't do that type of work, only heating and air. I asked if they knew of anyone in town, and he gave me two companies we ended up going with DOD FIREPLACE.

This company in my opinion, first order of business is CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! We will be using them for all of our heating and air servicing.

I have used Midwest Mechanical for all of my furnace and A/C service since purchasing my home in October 2015 and I could not be happier or more satisfied. On more than one occasion I have needed same-day service for mini crises such as one today in which my furnace stopped working on a day with freezing temperatures. Once again, Midwest Mechanical saved the day and my house is back to feeling toasty! Midwest Mechanical is responsive and professional from the initial call to the point of completion of the service. 5+ stars!!! I highly recommend Midwest Mechanical if you need furnace and/or A/C service.

Update from 10/19/2017 review
This install was not your typical in and out job. The floor needed to be replaced, there was not enough combustible air supply, the space was limited making their working conditions less than comfortable. Midwest Mechanical took care of all these problems without any moaning or groaning. They arrived the next day on time with all tools and equipment needed for the job. The mechanics who installed the system showed all the professional attitude you would expect from a company who gives you a one year satisfaction guarantee. These guys are true craftsmen of their trade. When they finished the work you could not tell they had been there. Personally, I will never waste my time calling any other company. Thank you to all the staff of Midwest Mechanical. You made my life a little bit easier with just one phone call.

Just bought a house, went to turn on our heater and it would not turn on. Called this company, they were able to get someone out in a couple days, ended up being a simple problem, the breaker and gas flow were switched off due to the new gas line being previously installed before we moved in. They were such nice men and we only got charged the service call. They were here about 20 minutes is all. Will use again for future house needs.

In the summer of 2016 I needed to have my old AC and furnace replaced. I had 6 different companies come to give me bids. I either did not trust the person who came to my home or I felt like they were trying to sell me systems that I didn't need or they were ridiculously overpriced. THEN, I called Midwest Mechanical. I immediately felt comfortable with the owners who came out to give me a bid. THey listened to what I wanted and showed me a few different choices that would meet my needs. I ended up purchasing a Carrier system. I waited a full year to write a review because I wanted to see how everything preformed. Let me tell you, I could not be happier. I liked everything about Midwest Mechanical from the owners to the installers to the performance of the AC and furnace. My comfort level is great, the bills are lower and everything works great!!!
