Adam L.I had a great experience with this company from the top down. The woman that answered the phone was the most delightful person I have ever talked to at a plumbing company and right away I knew they were getting my business.
The young man that showed up at my house was friendly, made sure to keep distance, and proceeded to do the job very well and quickly. He made great conversation and made the 40mins or so he was in my house fixing my drainage issue fly by.
Even after all of that the price was well below what i was expecting going in and I would guess was half the price of the other options I could have went with. Can't recommend this company enough.

Midway had a person actually pick up the phone, and was at the home within the hour. By an hour and a half later, they had removed a big ball of tree roots that was blocking our sewer. Their prices were competitive, and we couldn't have been happier with the service. Would use again and can easily recommend.
