So I had another appointment scheduled for today because of them canceling 10 minutes before my appointment last week they call me again 13 minutes before my appointment to tell me that they're going to be late when my appointment is until 12 o'clock I have been sitting around all morning waiting from them from 8 to 12 and I told her if they are not here within that 13 minutes that they're canceling my appointment again she said OK well I'm noting that we're canceling your appointment. What is the point of setting up an appointment if your gonna keep canceling. This Company is really pissing me off.

called and politely asked that they move their vehicles. There's no reason for them to be parking there for the past 2 weeks. The guy who answered said he'd have them move the vans. They moved one van and parked a car in the spot. I can barley enter and exit my driveway. Their customer's driveway is completely empty. I called back and they said they would move them. They have yet to be moved. Completely inconsiderate.

Our tankless hot water heater went out on friday 2/15/21 at 545am. I called and got an appointment for the same day and Josh Barber was sent out. Josh told us we needed to replace it since it was 16 years old. I do not like cold showers and he assured me that we would only be out until Monday with no hot water. Jeff Van Scoyoc, the plumbing manager got the ball rolling. On Monday 2/15/21 Midway sent out Jeff Corkins, the plumber and Vladimir Blank the electrician. Jeff and Vladimir worked together letting us know what they were doing. They wore their mask and always knocked on the door since we were working from home. Even though a part had to be delivered by 130pm we had hot water. I cannot thank Midway Services enough for sending us great tech's and getting the job done.s

They sort of know what they are doing. We had them reset a toilet. $450 if you can believe it. It looked like a 12 year old caulked it. Recently they diagnosed a water pressure problem as the faucet. Another ridiculous $1000 plus for a Chinese kitchen faucet. The clown wanted to show my wife how good the pressure was and squirted her in the face. My advice: find someone else unless you like to waste money.

This was the 3rd and final time we will use Midway. The technicians are great, always friendly, professional and knowledgeable, however the company itself are criminals! We paid over $1000, for a new kitchen faucet that I later found out was made in China and I could have bought myself for $118! Very disappointing that they take advantage of people with their outrageous prices. We will definitely not be calling them again!

Very professional & skilled. Put in a very good ac system that they do scheduled maintenance on. Working exceptionally and really keeping the house cool plus filtering air well. Really happy with our new ac system!

Made an appointment for a plumbing call. waited all morning and no show, no call. Called and talked to the operator who advised me they were on there way. 3 hours later and still no show and no call. Garbage

I can't say enough about their professionalism and prompt response. We are snowbirds who had a Nest thermostat problem after our condo turned off power to the AC. The condo workers couldn't figure out what they had done so Midway came in immediately and kept us on the phone while they troubleshoot the issue. Turned out to be a simple fix. They handled it quickly and we couldn't be more grateful or impressed. They are now our go-to company. Thanks all.

Called to acquire a quote, scheduled the tech appointment. Then Monday wasn't available, but the Tech would be in Tuesday between 8 am to 10 am. Well, it was way after 10 am when I called back; and was told Bill and Gail Wolf no longer owned Midway and it was now a Corporate; any previous relationship were no longer validated. Well, I told her what the usual quote was and if it still remained the same; as I was expecting maybe a $15 to $20 increase. Then got told the Tech makes the decision and pricing and determine what all the work needs. Hello, they were specifically informed who I am (I am a Florida Licensed General Contractor since 1972 and this includes HVAC); told them specifically what they were coming out for and they decided to derail me. Then changed the story to well you can talk to the Tech when he arrives; A/C Dispatch says he will be there within 15 to 30 minutes as he was enroute. Due to bad weather, most likely the reason why my Modem went offline; and as I always say ASSUMPTIONS AND PRESUMPTIONS WILL ALWAYS GET YOU IN TROUBLE. I GUARANTEE IT! She assumed I hung up and she went ahead and CANCELED the call claiming there were no call back number (yes there was because they called back to give the appointment time). So I went outside to wait for the Tech; and over an hour and some minutes later - NO SHOW. And I called back to find out where the Tech was.... THEY - YES, MIDWAY CANCELED THE SERVICES UNDER THE ASSUMPTIONS AND PRESUMPTIONS I HAD HUNG UP ON THEM! After all these years, including helping out Bill Wolf when he acquired Midway from his Dad and merged his with his dad's.... THIS IS THE END. I DO NOT RECOMMEND MIDWAY TO ANYONE ANYMORE! I HAVE ZERO TOLERANCE FOR THIS SHODDINESS - PERIOD!

We had to replace the drain on an older tub. Sounded like a simple job but it turned out to be a nightmare. David was incredible....determined to find a solution and he did. Fantastic job I have used Midway for a new HVAC unit, electrical work to replace breakers, and now plumbing. We have had some scheduling glitches but the technicians that have come and the work they performed was excellent. Not the cheapest but the best Ken My profile shows Gulf Shores, AL but this was for my home in Clearwater, FL
