A 100.00 dollar trip charge for an estimate for a potential new customer. I will take my money and my business elsewhere. I live in Clyde city limits and they stated a 2.5 hour trip charge. I travel 12.5 miles to Abilene it takes me 15 minutes.

I sent an email on Sunday afternoon about the leak that I've been dealing with that started flooding my bedroom. I got a call back at 8:30 am on Monday and Caleb was here by 9 to diagnose and fix the problem. Not only was he very professional but he explained to me what the issue was and how he was going to fix it. I will be using Midway plumbing for all my future plumbing needs

The toilets, tubs, showers were all backing up and not draining in two bathrooms. We called Midway and they scheduled a visit the next day. Russell found the problem, fixed it, checked all the pipes, checked the water heater, and other plumbing issues around the house. He was so friendly and professional. Super, super nice. We all loved him and Midway Plumbing! This was the first time we have needed a plumber since being in Abilene, but the next time we need something...ABSOLUTELY calling Midway!!!!

They are absolutely awesome. They sent a plumber named Caleb to us, he fixed our issue right away, didn't try to RIP us off. I truly appreciate honest people that do honest work. I will definitely call Midway first if I have any plumbing issues in the future

Ridiculous, insane prices ! I was a commercial developer for over three decades and dealt with many good plumbing contractors. I needed a replacement tankless water heater installed . All the stub outs as well as electric was already there. Their price.... $ 1,100. And it may be more if they " needed more electrical work" !
I called two Master plumbers and their prices were $225 and $250.
I really feel they take advantage of customers who have no understanding of construction.
There are plenty of qualified plumbers .....why would you opt for midway?

First I have to say that I don't live in Abilene and I am a plumber in San Antonio but of course I do have family that lives there. I get a call from my uncle and I am trying to Sunday quarterback him trying to find a water leak because they had a high water bill. I started with the obvious items and the meter did not stop. I told my uncle Robert this is probably not good and we needed to get a company out there. So I called around and looked at all reviews. I stumbled upon this gem of a company- They were friendly on the phone(that's huge in my business) helpful getting a time frame down. They sent out a plumber and he found the leak within 20 mins. It was only a flapper that was leaking!!! My aunt and uncle were so thankful and I paid for the service over the phone with my credit card- Thanks Midway from one plumber to the next!
