Mark and Wayne are my heros. They kept me informed by explaining everything they were doing as they were doing it. We had to have some extensive work done, but they did everything they could to lessen some of the monetary damage.

Had to get my sink checked and pipes unclogged this morning. The plumber was very friendly. He told me about what he was doing and why. Gives you 3 options with prices. Got the job done in a reasonable amount of time. Might be a tad higher than others but you get it back in the professional customer service and professional work. Even told me how to do preventive maintenance on my sink. I think I found my new plumbing company.

I had the pleasure of Gary McWhorter coming out to unstoppable a drain for me after I tried relentlessly and failed. He understands stopped it with ease, ran a camera down it to ensure it was good, and sold me some enzymes to help keep it from happening again which I had asked about. He didn't try to push them on me. He then looked at my main swore line and realized it needed to be rooted so he did that as well. I feel he went above and beyond what he needed to do there and I am thankful for that. He broke down exactly what it would cost before he did any work. My only complaint with the company is that they are more expensive than others in town. Although you get what you pay for and they also have the best warranty in town.

Continuously impressed by Midway Plumbing - I'm always traveling and when I can make a call and know its gonna get taken care - it's such a relief to know that I'm in good hands.

Had a leak behind my washer/dryer and it was creating mold on the wall and they found out it was actually leaking behind the wall and that mold would have become a huge hazard if they didn't take care of it.

Noticed that we weren't getting the same hot water as when we first moved in. Called around and Midway was the only company who could accommodate my schedule. Fair priced and very professional and friendly team. I will be keeping their card for future use. Top notch job!

They did an excellent job: very professional, experienced staff, and honest pricing, too. Other quotes I received from local contractors over-exaggerated plumbing issues I had and wanted to charge much more for what these guys were able to do in a much more timely and professional manner than I had experienced before from others. They were much better at explaining what needed to be done now and what could wait for future repairs than other companies I've tried. I'd use them again anytime for my plumbing needs in the greater Abilene area.

I had a pretty serious plumbing problem at my house. I wouldn't call it an emergency, but it wasn't something I could wait around to fix. I called Midway and they assured me that they'd be at my house that day. I call 4 hours later to ask if I was still on the schedule and I was told "Nope, looks like it's going to be tomorrow." Thanks for the heads up, Midway. They left me stuck not being able to use my toilets, which is really great when you have two little ones in the house who pee constantly. I understand that things get busy, but enough notice that would allow me to call around to other places would have been nice. Needless to say, I called someone else. I certainly won't be trusting Midway ever again. If they can't be trusted or bothered to give their customers a call to let them know that the schedule has changed, then I most definitely will not trust them to not rip me off.

Technician gave an estimate for over 500.00 to fix leak in a 1/2 inch pipe by adding gator grips. Estimate had NO WARRANTY written on it. Then he left my gate open for my dog to escape. Still looking for my dog. Find another plumbing company or do it yourself. This company should receive no stars but I have to put one to leave warning to others.
