I have used Midtown Plumbing now three times. The first time to correct a gas issue a competitor did not do a very good job in. The other two times to fix some water plumbing issues. The technicians are very professional and they even provide good tips to avoid plumbing issues in the future. I think their prices are better than at least one of their competitors. Will be using them again for future work.

I have been in Midland 63 years and have used several plumbing companies this company is by far is the worst I have ever used. Not professional, gives you a bid, does half the work then tried to charge you double. It took a month to do half the work he promised. The plumber he sent out to do the work sat and did nothing for two days then they tried to charge for his hours. And this guy could not have been any ruder. They also try to insist you pay them before they finish the work. Then threten to file a lien on your property if he doesn't get what he wants. I finally came to an agreement on the money due for what he had done payed him and he took off and refused to finish his work. I was thought a man's word was his honer and with out that you were nothing but a lier and a punk. Don't use this company!!!

This is not a good company in my opinion. The last time the plumber came out it seemed to take him a while to get finished with what I thought would be a quick fix. A week later I had a leak where he did the repair. The second time I needed the plumber to come out he did not show up and I had to call another plumbing company.

We called Midtown Plumbing and they were very responsive and within 1 day sent out Jose and Dennis to look at and correct our plumbing problems. Within a short time, Jose knew exactly what was wrong and corrected the problems. We would definitely call on Midtown Plumbing in the future if we had any plumbing issues.

We had a bad water leak in our kitchen and after calling tons of plumbing company's (that couldn't get to us within the week) this company sent Steven the next day that we called. Kind, professional and fast! He wasn't here for more a hour before finding and replacing the leak. He even voluntarily sprayed for mold over the wet areas. 10/10!

Everyone at Midtown Plumbing was helpful and very nice. They went above and beyond to help me get a water heater for my brother's house, working around some difficult circumstances. I can't say enough good things about them. They did a great job.

Terrible customer services... took weeks to finish my plumbing and when the job wasn't complete and I asked them to finish, I was told they were on another job so I would have to wait.... you didn't finish the original job scheduled before. Brand new pipes have already had to be plumbed in the sink because it clogged. Promised to give a quote on drywall and never came back after paid for plumbing job. Left multiple tools at my home and would get texts from employees about coming to get them during work hours. Owner was supposed to meet me during lunch one day and I waited over an hour for him to tell me had an emergency..... DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

I have old republic and they sent out mid town plumbing they came out it took them three days after they contacted me to come out and take a look at my water heater and a slab leak they located the slab leak didn't even look at the water heater and left so now it's Easter weekend and I have no hot water I call mid town once again and Carlos who calls himself to be the owner answers and I'm a little upset by now so I tell him that I have people in from out of town and I think it's b.s. that we all have to shower with cold water and he exploded calling me a mfckr and also calling me the n word so I tell him that I want to talk to a supervisor and he tells me I'm the owner and all I told him was wow very professional customer service I will never use them again they take your money and run Carlos or anyone never called I had to call him after three days of reporting to the insurance company and them giving me his number be aware very unprofessional
