they came and fixed my furnace and when needed the most will not heat the house. No emergency number to call

We called on a Thursday. The plumber showed up on Friday and suggested that we push the job to Monday. We received no call on Monday. I called Tuesday morning and we were not on their job list. Tuesday afternoon we got a call and were told that we couldn't get reached until the next week. Very poor customer service. Avoid.
