Had my sewer line restored and had a pressure regulator installed. I couldn't say more positive things about Raul and his crew. They were on time, very professional, and did absolutely fantastic work. Working with folks to fix your house is usually a pain, but they made it so easy. Raul and I joked that I would never have to see them again after this work. Hopefully he is right, but if I do, I would not hesitate to call him.

They take COVID seriously . Communication was excellent- detailed and professional . At every step, Raul showed what he found and explained why he did what he did. They were punctual and hard-working and left nothing behind - great cleanup! When the unexpected happened , Raul did great problem- solving with my husband . We may change our rating to a ""5"" star after Raul does the work for us that he provided a quote for. We used him to scope our main and sewer line at a house we had inspected before we purchased it and Raul was very helpful and answered my questions. He also came back after we received a quote from another plumber to provide us a quote to have the line replaced - a major job. Midnite Rooter's quote was nearly $2000 less so I decided to check on them a bit more and found favorable reviews on Yelp so we've decided to have them do the work. I will follow-up after the work is done to do a review post this big project!

It's not often that I give a 5 star review. This review is truly exceptional. I was up to my ears in shiot literally. Raul came out late and was here LATE until the problem was solved. And would not except payment until it was solved. Truthfully, he just would not except my check. BECAUSE... He is truly honest person. This is my go to person. He is not just a plumber but a people pleaser. He is a giver... literally. He will not take from you!!!! Trust him. He was recommend to me from a trusted client and he is the best thing I have EVER encountered. He is fair, he is true and a man of GOD. He will never mislead you. If I can sum it up into one word ""badass"". He knows his stuff!!! This is the one that you want on speed dial.
