Midland Plumbing Tech George arrived to rod my sewage line today. Upon arrival he was EXTREMELY courteous. His demeanor and conversation and the time he took to engage me in the Plumbing process was very welcoming and appreciated.

I needed to reroute an outside sump pump discharge hose. Midland's estimate was $1200. A small 2 inch hole, which was totally unobstructed, had to be drilled through a concrete retaining wall. When completed the job took about $100 in materials and took two hours to complete. $500 an hour for labor seemed excessive, so I requested an adjustment on my payment. Midland responded that there was a set rate for concrete drilling - even though the drilling site was unobstructed (no digging a 3 X 4 foot hole 5 feet deep to reach the drilling site). It took 5 minutes to drill. Is $500 an hour labor charge excessive? You be the judge. Note - I'm located in Oakbrook Terrace, not S.F.

I had a small leak from pipe in basement and noticed one has corrosion on it. I called Monday and talked to Karen she was helpful and professional. George came over Wednesday fixed the problem in 15 minutes. George also very friendly and clean. He also introduced himself shook my hand and put his booties on and he was very good with my dog. I will definitely recommend this company to anyone. Thanks to everyone at Midland.

Had a very slow draining tub. In less than 20 minutes George had it cleared out. Very friendly! Hopefully won't have any other issues but if I do i will ask for George.

Midland provided great, fast and friendly service for our house. We are currently selling it and needed a licensed plumber to do a drain inspection for us. They contacted me quickly after I requested service online, scheduled an appointment convenient for my schedule and actually called ahead and was able to make it a bit early! George Benes Jr was the plumber who came and was friendly, helpful and thorough.

Definitely use Midland again.

Can't say enough good things about these guys. George Jr. Especially. He came to give us a second opinion on our clogged kitchen sink. We were originally told we needed to have our floor torn up to find a broken pipe, but George saved us from that and ended up being able to route out the pipe and now the sink is working perfectly again. He's super friendly and shares a lot of good tips and tricks for keeping plumping working. Will only call them from now on!
