Carol E.We had a leaking hot water heater in an apartment. Midland was there first thing in the morning and switched it out for us. They worked with the tenant and made the process easy for all. We have since had other repairs completed by Midland Mechanical. They are now our first call for plumbing issues.
Don't use these guys very unprofessional. I called about replacing a hot water heater and we set up an appointment so I could show them what all i needed. The day before the schedule appointment they called and asked if they can schedule for a week later I said sure. The day before the rescheduled appointment they called again and said they couldn't make it and asked if they could reschedule again for the next day, ok. The next day comes and they never showed up or even a phone call. If they didn't want the job they could have just said no we don't want to do it they could at least have the professional courtesy to call.
