No show! Needed to fix a small issue at one of my rentals. I live 40 minutes from this property. Was told they would be there around 5:00-5:30, so I got there at 4:45. After 5:30 came and went I tried giving them a call.. No answer and the voicemail was full. I waited there until almost 7pm and called several more times. They had my contact info, so they could have called if they were not going to make it. What a waste of 4 hours of my time.

*Update: My business partner ended up calling these guys a few months later to fix another plumbing issue, not knowing that this was the same business that had previously ""no showed"" on us. Guess what happened to him?... NO SHOW. These guys absolutely SUCK.

Did some work to fix a foundation leak and sum pump install a basket but never came back after to finish the work As soon as he got full payment. I will pursue him in small claims court unless he decides to make good and do the rest of the work.

The owner arrived to the house with in the time he said he would. He even called to let me know he was on his way which was perfect as I was not home. He was courteous and professional. He cleared my clog in a few minutes and then proceeded to repair another pluming problem with in the half hour. My family and I could not be happier. He will definitely be my Plummer. I highly recommend this company. It is my understanding it is under new ownership.

DO NOT use this contractor!!! He is a liar and a thief!!! He will pretend to want to do the work. He is not 24 hours emergency service. He makes you wait over 24 hours to show up initially, does half the work - charges a large deposit then makes excuses why he can't come back and finish the job. He went as far as lying about a sick daughter!!! Every contact was an excuse, then he blocked my number! I gave him over a week to do right by the money we paid. Now, I'm suing him in small claims court for double! Beware get a REAL plumber or contractor not this guy. Believe the negative reviews he is a scam artist!

If I could give ZERO stars for this company I would but unfortunately yelp doesn't allow me to. Shawn estimates my boiler system came to my house brought his tools and NEVER SHOWED again! I wish I would have read his reviews sooner but I believed the recommendation and have learned to regret it. He not only stole my tools but when I rehired a PROFESSIONAL I had to repurchase a boiler I had previously paid him for! I contacted him several times most of my attempts (text, call, voicemail) were unanswered) but the one he actually answered was not from my telephone number and SURPRISE SURPRISE he picked up, told me he would come by and gave me some fake excuse as to why he could not finish the service. He continued this for multiple attempts. Shawn is a scam artist to the community and deserves no business considering he does not know how to be successful or responsible, besides cordial and respectful.

Its been a year since Shawn Abrams did work on my home. Since then, I have had to have everything he did, fixed or replaced, costing me a lot of money. He took money from me and never finished the work. He never showed up when he was suppose to claiming he was in the hospital, he had problems at home and so on. He promised to refund me money for work he never finished but as of now I have never seen the money. I reported him to the BBB but they couldn't serve papers because his address was fake. I sued him but he never showed up in court. He's a scam artist as well as a thief. Even when a television reporter called him, he promised her he would return the money but never did. He is a POS. Stay away from him and his fake construction company s&k construction.

Ok, just posting this so others won't make the same mistake I did. Shawn came over and took a huge deposit from me. I've never got scammed by plumbers before so was pretty naive. Then the guy just never showed up to do the work. Kept texting me that he would and wasted about a week of my time then kept saying he would return my deposit which he never did. I'm pretty sure he even pretended to be the NYS police, texting me that he's been in a car accident. Anyway, just don't want others to fall for the same scam. Oh and don't trust google reviews, so easy to fake.

I'm only giving 1 star because you can't go lower. This guy is a scam took payment and quoted 2 days to finish. After three weeks and a whole lot of mistakes I had to fix it and do it myself. Stay away stay far far away from this guy and his other companies. Shawn Abrams is a POS to put it gently.

This is the best Plumber in Orange County! They were fast, efficient, courteous, and professional! Shawn was very nice and he helped me fix a few extra things around my house other than my toilet. I would highly recommend them for all of your plumbing needs!

Terrible. Asked for down payment then ran away. Has multiple judgements against him and not even licensed. Thanks for not finishing my windows and its getting cold. Filed my complaint with the bbb and contacted a lawyer.
