Sherry D.I had a maintenance appointment. No call, no show. I actually sent them an email verifying my appointment. No response. I did hear from friends that this isn't uncommon. The call center isn't on top of things.
Becca B.HORRIBLE AND WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY!! Someone came out to look at our AC units (we have two) told us we would have to replace both unit for $30,000!!! Got someone to come out and look. All he had to do was add Free-on to one and looking into just replacing a wire or a switch for the other. DO NOT GO WITH MIDDLETON! THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!!!
