Called on Saturday small leak under kitchen sink. Within five minutes Mario returned call. It was something that did not need immediate attention. Monday morning Andy arrived at 8:15 addressed issue with sink within minutes. We had also asked if he could look at our toilet. He reset the toilet. Everything completed in a timely matter and you can tell that Andy takes pride in his work. Very impressed and will definitely call again. Thank You.

If you have any plumbing troubles Midcity Plumbing is the place to call!! I use them for all my rental properties. I have used other companies in the past, only to have them make a mess and not do the job. Then I call Midcity and they get the job done in a clean and friendly manner. I really have seen my share of plumbing companies in over 25 years of property management and they far surpass the other plumbing companies I have seen and worked with in the past.

Had a frozen pipe that defrosted and flooded inside the house. My neighbor highly recommended Midcity Plumbing. The key words in her recommendation were: reliable, do good work, reasonable charges.
Called them in the morning and they came that afternoon. (This was the weekend following the big freeze in January 2019, and all plumbers were very busy fixing broken pipes)
They were highly efficient, thorough, and very reasonable. Even the husband was surprised at the reasonable cost.
And they do take credit cards!

Had another outstanding service call from Mario and the guys at MidCity Plumbing. They've converted a single floor drain in basement to overhead sewer system, roughed in and finish trimmed a basement bathroom and today power cleaned our main floor bathroom due to over clogging of debris. I called today to see if they could get us in today but they weren't sure so I was on the list for the next day. Within about 20 minutes I had the owner, Mario, at my front door to fix the problem.
