This plumber is pretty amazing. He responded to our first phone call. Our water heater was not functioning so we needed someone to come out asap. He was able to fit us in within two hours. He arrived did his diagnosis and gave us a fair price to fix the problem. He was honest and didn't take advantage of our total ignorance of the problem. What impressed me the most was a follow up phone call the next day to make sure the water heater was working ok. Excellent customer service! Midas Plumbing is my plumber for life. We have used Midas Plumbing multiple times now to clear clogged sink/shower/utility sink drains. Each time we have used him has been a pleasant experience. He has been quick to return our calls when trying to schedule an appointment and has called to let us know if he is running late. We found John to be extremely pleasant and reasonable. Excellent service timely and professional! Our main drain line was clogged. John did a great job clearing the blockage by running heavy duty snake from roof air vent and then tested thoroughly to confirm good water drainage by running water from two bathroom showers, toilet and even washer at the same time. I have highly recommended Midas Plumbing to a friend and will definitely use his very reliable service again in the future.

Great service, had a toilet flapper leak, John tried to replace the seal first to save cost unfortunately that didn't work but I appreciate the effort to save me some $. Replaced flapper, overflow tube and put new fill mechanism and leak is fixed now. Quick service and also appreciate he called me before coming out so I knew he was on his way. Highly recommend Midas plumbing.

Wow, very impressed, showed up in a half hour when I had a new dishwasher installed and the hot water angle stop was stripped and it couldn't be hooked up. Checked out the pipe which was old and warned me it might break loose if he replaced it but that was the first option. Explained what he'd have to do if it did break. Luckily that didn't happen but appreciated the warning. Replaced the valve quickly and everything worked great, even took a look a slow sink upstairs and cleaned out the hard water deposits while he was here. Nice guy, very much recommend his service.
