Typical racist construction company I was hired promised the world an even spoke the so called hiring manager about running multiple jobs showed up they took 1 look at me an all of sudden didn't need my help anymore. To make things worse they are even professional enough to tell me this I find out about week later after making multiple calls. So I decide the whole company can't be racist I must have just met a bad seed it is 2021 rite people are supposed to be past that so I call the head office an leave a detailed message which they Completely ignore ... Systematic racism is kept going by companies like this... it's very unfortunate that if racism isn't caught on camera it goes unpunished so this is my only way to at least let any potential customers know they are completely racist an unprofessional I'm sure if you can afford to hire them they'll treat u different but I still don't condone racism even if green is most important color to them at the end of the day companies an people in general like this need to be dealt with by someone that can do something about it... all I can say is thank good the company was below me an I only attempted to work for them due to a worldwide crisis I feel bad for anyone who depends on these racist clowns for a living. Also I barely asked for enough pay to survive an they not only couldn't accommodate they made sure to tell multiple times not to tell anyone because everyone else (probably mostly illegally working) are very easy for companies like this to prey on.. they also break multiple California labor laws and keep in mind I was able to find all this out only working for them for 1 day...

I was able to see one of their trucks in the road a grey Dodge Ram 4x4. As they were nearing a light and ready to turn a vehicle was tryIng to geT in front of them as if in a rush almost missing their left hand turn. Well this plumbing company slowed down and allowed them to get in front of them. All I can say that may seem like a small gesture however in these time when everyone is in a rush and it being that these roads are wet, I just have thank the driver in that truck. Give that employee a thank you for Driving cautious and courteously.

My experience with Mid Valley Plumbing was not just a good experience but off the charts great. The way they handled everything was perfect. I had to have my water heater replaced and when I spoke to them over the phone they were completely up front with me and explained the price range I could be looking at instead of other companies giving me a low quote and then once coming to look at my problem charging me an outrageous amount. I talked to 2 companies before deciding to go with Mid Valley. They took care of it right away and the one thing I loved the most is the apt time they gave me is the actual time they showed up. I hate when you have a time frame and they show up that last hour. I got my new water heater the next day and they showed up first thing. They took care of it all with a professional attitude and not once did I feel like I was being taken advantage since I am a single lady that doesn't know much about these kind of repairs. Thanks so much Mid Valley....you have a costumer for life!
