Mid-State fixed our sump pump drain line which was leaking and put in a clean-out so we could monitor its drainage into our drywell. Steve was really personable, easy to work with and didn't give us grief when we decided not to replace our sump-pump just yet in order to save money. He was a little busy and at times hard to get a hold of, though so I had to take a star away.

The workers that did our job were really friendly, didn't mind us watching and explained what they were doing whenever we came out to bug them. :) (We had just had a terrible experience with roto rooter and wanted to keep an eye on things but with these guys we didn't need to, they did an awesome job!) When they did the camera scoping, they explained exactly what was going on, how to fix it and why it would help. Our sump pump has been spewing it's waste water exactly where it is supposed to go instead of on our patio ever since, a happy ending!
