He has always taken the time to try and figure out the easiest most efficient and ideal fix for our needs ranging from leaky toilets, installing a new toilet, drain issues, refrigerator water connections and most recently water shut off valves! Jordan has been our specialist the past several times and he is kind, fast and skilled at his job. Isaac with Mid Peninsula Plumbing applied a trenchless pipe replacement to the sewer main of my mixed-use building in the Commercial-Downtown district of Half Moon Bay. I first met him when he performed a camera scan on the broken sewer lateral within 24 hours after contacting him. After that first experience, I felt fortunate to have met him and wanted him to make the repairs. It goes without saying that he and his crew did an excellent job on the technical work of the repair, keeping the jobsite organized and clean, and managing multiple subs and the permit/inspection process. But what sets Isaac and MPP apart is project management expertise. My repair required first securing an easement from my neighbor. Isaac provided clear documentation to help the surveyor map the easement, help my attorney understand the scope of the matter to draft the easement, and provided clear communication to me, my neighbor, and Public Works throughout the entire process. He was always available for questions and responded quickly. It was a pleasure working with Isaac and his team.

I wish I could rate them higher because the owner and service man we're both really nice. But the cost and the charges were way off. I had a leak at an irrigation pipe outside my house for my sprinklers. The service man tighten the pipe and the leak stopped but said there was still a crack and the pipe could leak again in2 months to 8 months so I had it replace. Good job. Then I got the bill and I was charged for 2 1/2 hours to fix the pipe? I was told my time started from the time he left his previous job which was in SF and I live in Redwood City, actually the same city the plumbers office is located. I called to get an explanation and was told they would review the service man's paperwork but that was a week ago and I haven't heard a thing even though I texted them a few times. Too bad cuz I was looking for a new plumber to call since my previous plumber no longer does plumbing work just HVAC.
