I want to thank Mid Island for its excellent service. I was in a tough situation with a clogged cesspool line and a toilet that was out of service. I called Mid Island office manager and was given a same day appointment. Within an hour the truck was on the scene. The problem was diagnosed, treatment was begun and the line was cleared. In addition to the problem being corrected, he installed a service port for any future problems with the cesspool tank. the bill was very reasonable and the service was great. Thank you
