The Story of Mid-City Supply
In 1947, Mid-City Supply opened its doors as a retail plumbing establishment on South Main Street in Elkhart, Indiana. We moved to a bigger location in 1953, shifting our focus to wholesale only. In the following 19 years, we added onto that building five separate times. In 1972, we reached capacity at this location and relocated to our present distribution center in the eastside industrial park of Elkhart. In 1984, we expanded with our Plymouth branch, and in 1989, we added our South Bend branch. The acquisition of From's Supply Company in 2003 added two Indiana locations and one Michigan location to our operations.

Currently, Mid-City Supply operates as a family-owned business focused on addressing the specific requirements of our customers. Our central distribution hub remains in Elkhart, complemented by branches in Plymouth, South Bend, Michigan City, Warsaw, and Jenison & Galesburg, Michigan.
