I've not had good luck with handyman services in the past. I've found most to be unreliable and lacking in skills.

However, Ryan at mid city property pros is too notch! He does what he says, is very reliable, and knows what' he's doing.

I was moving, and needed a lot of little things, and some big things done to my property before I listed it.

Ryan is very good at communicating, he shows up on time, and goes out of his way to make sure the job is done.

I had to have additional work done again quickly, and he came in after his day was done and did the work. Amazing! He made my life so much more stress free while I was under a lot of stress moving.
