Our company, Mid-Cities Plumbing & Heating was founded by Dan Curtis within the Douglas County region. It has been owned and operated from the start and was transferred to his son, Eric. Our company is family-operated and works to provide top-notch customer care.
Hello, I am Eric Curtis, Dan Curtis's son who established Mid-Cities Plumbing & Heating back in 1986. I’ve been working alongside my dad since childhood. I found joy in assisting him with crucial projects. Castle Rock is my hometown and graduated from Ponderosa High School. I went to Edgewood College in Madison, WI and received a degree in Business Management. Post-college, I joined a plumbing firm in Madison and was employed there for four years. Later, in November 2016, I returned home to begin taking over Mid-Cities. Currently, I oversee field operations, evaluating new projects, and handling service requests. I am eager to ensure your experience with Mid-Cities Plumbing & Heating is as pleasant, supportive, and fulfilling as it can be.

Eric worked cleanly and went above and beyond in his clean up. You may have to wait a few days for non-emergency service, but it is worth the wait.
Allison A.Eric was phenomenal! My irrigation shut-off ball valve had deteriorated and was leaking so much, it was filling up a contractor bucket every couple of hours on a Thursday evening. I called multiple services Friday am and no one was able to fit me in less than a couple days. Mid-cities Plumbing was able to come out the SAME day. He had no problem fixing it, they were prompt, courteous, and respectful. They were also competitive in their prices. John E.Just moved here and discovered a leak in the drain pipe going into the sewer. I called and Eric first tried to help me figure out the problem to see if it was something I could fix myself. It turned out to be a split in a rubber coupling, not something to fix by tightening the compression screws. Eric was just finishing another call and came over within 30-45 minutes. He not only replaced the coupling he also lengthened the pipe to take pressure off the rubber coupling in order to prevent the problem from recurring. I will definitely use Mid-Cities for any future problems.

While ultimately it was an HVAC issue he was very thorough to rule out any plumbing issues and even helped clean up the water to narrow down where it was coming from. I will definitely continue to use Mid-Cities for any future plumbing problems.
