These guys are fantastic! We had an issue with our water heater late at night they came to the house first thing in the morning to resolve the issue with smiling faces! Not only did they fix the issue but also showed me a potential solution for the future! Highly recommend Mid10 to anyone who needs any plumbing needs!

I had an issue with fill valve and also a clog. Juan, was extremely helpful and genuinely concerned about taking care of my problem over the phone. I think most other companies would've shrugged my concern off unless it was in person, but Juan helped take care of my problem on the spot over the phone. Sunday evening I took the kitchen trash to the garage and found water all on the floor and soaked drywall from the water heater. I didnt even know how to turn off the water in this house. My husband always did that stuff and he passed away last year. I found the number to Mid 10 plumbing on Yelp and called. The owner answered and sensed the panic in my voice. He talked me down from a nervous breakdown. I was so worried about the cost of emergency weekend service. He walked me through turning off the water on the phone. He also moved around his monday appts. To fit me in. The plumber who came the next morning, Justin, was equally wonderful. He made the repairs and the cost was beyond reasonable! Thank you Mid 10 for helping out an old lady and turning a stressful situation into a good experience! You are my new Plumbing company!!

I reached out to Mid 10 Plumbing and they were on site the very next day. I cannot say enough about Juan and his team. They are all so pleasant, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. Not only did Juan quote me an incredibly reasonable price (lower than industry standard) but he only ended up charging me a fraction of that. I was so reluctant to call a plumber due to prices I had been quoted in the past but to my surprise, Mid 10 Plumbing came to the rescue. They will be my first call for any future needs, and they should be yours too!

I called Juan at Mid 10 Plumbing looking for someone to help me with a leaking floor valve in my gas line. He agreed to come out the next day and take a look. The next day we had some incompetent appliance installers tell me I have corroded water valves so I called Juan back and asked if he'd rake a loom while on site for the gas leak. He agreed and showed up within an hour. The water lines were not corroded and he easily took care of the ""problem."" The gas line just needed tightening and not replacing. He completed all this work and did not charge me for his time. I've NEVER had such a good experience and cannot recommend Mid 10 Plumbing enough. They will be my first and only call for future needs. Thank you for being so honest, punctual and helpful.

The owner is quite a ""storyteller "". Mid 10 was not here long enough to do all the things he said he did. He was very disrespectful when he spoke to me at the door. He obviously thought an elderly lady was a good target and unfortunately I was. I will never contact this company again except through the better business bureau.
