Called in on Friday evening, after getting an automated call from our water company indicating we had a water leak or continuous running water.
Juan answered, talked me through finding my water shut off to try and assess situation. Put me on schedule for Saturday (weekend service calls! Love it!). Also suggested I put food dye in all my toilets water reservoir to see if that may be the problem. Bingo!! found a continuously running toilet.
Hubs is taking care of that...but I let Juan know that if it becomes too big if a problem, we'd def be calling back lol
We've used them in the recent past also to unclog a kitchen sink that needed more than your average snake to clean out lol
They are my go to plumbing team!
Anytime I call, I talk to a real person, get on the schedule asap, they are friendly, show up on time, and are very reasonably priced.

Our toilet was running continuously, even after I tried to turn off the water intake. They were able to get us scheduled quickly. Joey came out first thing in the morning and completely rebuilt the intake valve and everything inside the tank. It's now running better than it ever has. I would highly recommend this company.

I had a water leak which required water to the home be shut off. Mid 10 Plumbing was recommended. An appointment was scheduled with a 1:00 - 3:00 pm window on Friday, 12/30/22. At approximately 3:30 pm when no one had arrived and no contact from the company, I called. I was informed no one would be able to make it to my home as promised. While I understand recent cold temps have caused numerous plumbing issues and sometimes promises can't be honored, lack of communication is unacceptable. Mid 10 should have advised earlier in the day they couldn't honor their commitment so I could seek plumbing assistance elsewhere. Now, I'll be waiting for water service to be restored through the weekend and holiday.

Consumer beware, if Mid 10 hasn't arrived by the earliest part of their promised appointment window, call them to confirm they can honor their commitment.

It was a dark and cold night....2 days before Christmas and we had no hot water. All of Mid Tennessee was having plumbing and power issues due to extreme cold. Juan was able to trouble shoot with a ton of patience and solved the problem over the phone. Should disaster strike again, I will not hesitate to contact Mid 10 Plumbing! Thank you !!!

I ended up using another contractor for several reasons outside Mid 10 Plumbing's control But their responsiveness, pricing and overall proposal process was very well done and quick. I will be sure to call them again for my plumbing needs.

Selling my condo in Nashville - had a couple items to fix after the inspection - one was a small leak where a new bathtub connects to main drain of the building and a second was to replace the garbage disposal - very reasonable requests.
I called Mid 10 - they gave me a ballpark quote over the phone - came out the very next morning and got the work done - all while I am out in Nevada where I live full time. Great service and honest guys!!!
