Had Mid 10 Plumbing come out and do a service on my water heater and perform a plumbing inspection while our pipes were still under warranty with the builder.

I was very happy with the services they performed, most notably servicing the water heater which is tucked away in a corner behind our washer and dryer. I was expecting them to have to move the dryer to get at it but they were able to do everything without having to move around the neighboring appliance, including draining and inspecting the heating elements.

Will definitely continue to use them for all future needs to come.

Mid 10 came to my home for three issues.

They determined that although I appeared to have a pressure problem, that I did not. The loose spigot wasn't that loose and my bathtub that wasn't draining they snaked. Charged $200 which seemed high to snake a drain.

I wrote them that the pressure issue continued--my bathtub/shower valves leak in both directions even after replacing the valves. IE the water pressure is likely too high. I wrote them again and asked if they could look at it again. No response.

A quick review of Mid 10 plumbing is that they are excellent! I've worked with several plumbing companies in the past and many, if not most, were disappointing. Often, the individuals which were sent out were self-trained and often not licensed. Juan has an excellent staff who are well trained and Juan will personally ensure that the services his company performs are done right or he will personally fix the issues. Prices are fair.

Service was excellent. Plumber came in, found the problem right away (ended up being a broken valve) and had the part on his truck and replaced it.

I had to take a star off because they arrived well after the agreed window with zero communication about what was going on. Plumber got delayed at a commercial job. It would have still been 5 stars had they communicated that.
