Called Mick for an appointment. He said he was available the next day during a specific time frame.I called to confirm the next morning. No answer and no call back to my message. I called the next day and left a message as well. Still no call back. I really thought I had a professional to depend on. This company could have been better just by better communication.

I called in the AM for a sewer back up in my rental home with tenants residing in it. I was told he'd arrive between 3-5 pm. 5:45 came and never answered the phone after leaving a few messages prior. He left me hanging. His rate is $125/hr. Not worth it. I ended up doing the work myself. The minimum I'd expect is a courtesy call stating he wouldn't show up after he made the commitment. I could have called someone far more reliable. I called him because of the ratings here. Hats off Mick, you certainly do not earn this one star, can't give you a lower one.

Mick came out fixed the rigged plumbing on our sink and got us taken care of. I felt like he was honest and upfront and price was exactly what he said it would be.

Excellent service!! Called on a Saturday and they got here pretty quickly. Rates are higher on the weekend, but it's okay with me. Honest, helpful, and didn't waste my time or money. This will be the company I go with for my plumbing needs. Very highly recommend.
