Michigan Supreme has come out to my house twice now for separate issues, and quite frankly I wouldn't trust anyone else. Justin did the work both times and worked quick, fixed the problems, and even cleaned up nicely. Their prices are more than fair and I highly recommend them.

We had a clogged drain that I wasn't able to snake out myself. Justin came to the house right on time. He was professional and knowledgeable. He explained what he thought the problem was, and explained why he had to disassemble the sink trap to minimize any risk of damaging the pipe with his equipment. He gave me the price up front (which seemed like a fair price), he was efficient and took care to clean things up. Very happy with the service, and I'll call them in the future if I ever have the misfortune to need a plumber again!

This is the best plumbing company, by far. I have had so many other companies out to do a little repairs and big projects. None of them came close to the quality, price, professionalism and clean up of Michigan Supreme plumbing. It takes a lot to impress me but they're employee Justin, absolutely did. I will never use another plumbing company, I will always use this one. In fact, I am gonna go tell all my friends, family and neighbors.

If I could put zero stars I would. This company came out to my house, tried to snake my drain, said there was something blocking it but did not put a camera down, told us to put some sort of chemical down our toliet and leave it overnight. Woke up the next morning with water all over my basement. Called the company back and they told me it was in front of our house, to remove my tree and that it would cost $3,500 to $4,000 to fix. I called another company (Plumberz) for a second opinion and they came out put a camera in our drain, pulled out whatever was the blockage and now we're all good.
Please do not give this company your business. They treat you as a number and not a true customer. Very disappointed!

We have been appreciative of all of the work that they have done for us as we have never had any problems. I have never written a bad review for a company before but this company was so bad I felt I needed to share.

I called Supreme out because both toilets in my house were clogged. At first, the guy that came out seemed nice and knowledgable. Within 2 hours of him leaving, one of the toilets clogged again. I was told that the work came with a 60 day warranty so I called them the following morning. I got no answer so I left a message for them to call me back and also messaged the company through Angies list. Later that day the other toilet also clogged. Next day I still didnt hear anything back through the phone or website so I tried calling again in the morning, and again in the afternoon still with no answer or call back (they are listed as open 7 days a week). The following day I tried calling them from a different number and they picked up (coincidence?), and they set me up with a same day appointment. He got there late in the day and immediately started going over all the new charges I would be hit with. Apparently their 60 day ""warranty"" only covered the augering of the toilet and not the necassary steps that were required to be able to auger and I had already been previously charged for. They wanted to charge me another $130 to remove each toilet so they can auger again. I chose to do this myself (15 minutes work to remove the toilet and reinstall it and $3 for a wax ring). They determined one toilet would require jackhammering the floor so I said fine, I will worry about that one a later day, just please get the other toilet working. He tried to auger the other toilet again (even though it didnt work the first time he was there) and after a couple minutes he said it was good and started going over all the charges I would face next time if it wasnt fixed again (I could tell he wasnt confident it was fixed and just wanted to go home at this point). Sure enough both toilets clogged again within 24 hours. Instead of using my ""warranty"" again, I called another company out so I could have 1 working toilet. He fixed the problem in about an hour for $120 (less than Supreme charges just to remove the toilet). It has been a week now since then and the toilet is still working great.

In the end, I paid Supreme $500 and they could not get anything working. If you are considering this company just know these things. They will not care about you or your situation and have no problem leaving you with no working plumbing. They heavily charge you every step of the way ($39 service fee that will not get waived if you have them do the work, $130 fee to remove toilet, $150 if camera is needed, $75 to use auger). If they dont get it right the first time, you will be recharged most of those fees for the next visit. Also know if they cannot fix the issue they will not refund or even give you any discount whereas other plumbing companies will.

Justin showed up on time and thoroughly inspected two sinks to diagnose my problem. I thought they were related and they were not. He fixed both, cleaned up completely, and explained the two month guarantee. I was very satisfied.

We had our sewer back up into our basement on a Saturday of course. The owner called me back instantly. Justin came out and snaked our drains, it took a few attempts and it cleared out! He was such a nice guy to deal with.

Very reasonable price! We will definitely use them again!
