We are committed to delivering swift service that ensures your home or business runs with as little disruption as possible. After moving to Waterford, MI in 2010 with my wife and two daughters, I have been a home plumber, providing mobile onsite plumbing repair, new installation, and service for our expanding customer base in Waterford and the local North Oakland area. I strongly believe that my diverse skills, acquired through years of practical training and formal education, allow me to evaluate our customers' needs and offer them cost-effective solutions. These unique training experiences have established Service Experts Plumbing LLC as the go-to company when competitors cannot find a solution to a customer's complex problem. I take personal pride in the reputation that Service Experts Plumbing has gained through word of mouth as a leader in value. Having worked as a Commercial Pipefitter and General Plumber for over 20 years, I have gained extensive firsthand experience and industry knowledge. During my full-time work as a plumber, I attended Montgomery College in Rockville, Maryland, at night and obtained my Associate of Applied Science. After I completed my studies at Montgomery College, I recognized that there was still a lot more to learn. Shortly thereafter, I applied to and was accepted by the University of Maryland University College in College Park, Maryland, where I worked full-time and attended school full-time at night. I completed my degree at the University of Maryland promptly, earning a Bachelor of Science. During my college years, I worked full-time as a Journeyman Plumber and later as General Foreman and Project Manager on multiple large institutional and governmental projects.

I had them come install some bathroom fixtures and they quoted me a price which was more then it is supposde to typiclly be. Last night one of my sons bathroom sinks comes lose and water went everwhere which then leaked into my master closet. I text the owner and also sent him a video and no response. So I called the office in the morning and they told me they cant be out there for a few days. Garbage company do not use them!!!!!!!

Had a water heater replaced. Had several quotes from other reputable companies that were significantly higher. I called Michigan Plumbing and told them what I needed and they quoted me a fair price and that's the price I paid once the work was finished.

The guys did a very good job. They installed the new heater and removed the old one. I would recommended this company to anyone looking for the same service.

They quoted me an hourly rate by phone - an $89 service call plus $89 per hour. It is a simple job - moving a gas line less than 4' with a full access basement. Knowing it should just take a couple hours at most, I scheduled for the next morning.

The plumber showed up, looked at the job, took some pictures and called his boss. He then came back and told me it would be $650.

They knew I was in a hurry to get the work done and were trying to take advantage. I already had quotes of $300-$400 from two other plumbers, but they couldn't get to it until the next week. I ended up doing it myself. As an amateur, it took me 2 hours + a Home Depot Trip and $12.79 in material. Even if it took a pro as long as me, it should have been a $300 job.

I would think a professional would be able to do it in less than half the time it took me. This may be prove this guy's a terrible plumber. Clearly he is full of !

Carlo's reply to my review highlights why you should explore other options. He's ""baffled"" by the fact that I'm upset that I scheduled an appointment for work to be completed (not an appointment for an estimate) and on arrival, his company raised the cost expectation by 150%-200% and the price structure was switched from a reasonable hourly rate to a flat rate nearly double other plumbers quotes. Then he goes on to quote regulations that apply to those other plumbers too as the reason he's so expensive. The flat price quoted worked out to 6 hours of his hourly rate to move a gas line 45"". 6 hours for a two hour job is the reason, not a regulation.

Recap: I was given a reasonable rate by phone. I scheduled the appointment. I made arrangements to be there for it. His company shows up and fails to honor the rate instead trying to gouge me for the work. It's baffling that I' wouldn't recommend his company. Right.

I called them to take care of a backup in the main line. They were efficient at scheduling an appointment and getting my debit card information. They called again once the plumber arrived at my house (I was at work). Later that day, since I hadn't received a call, I called them to make sure everything was taken care of. They told me they had to run a snake 75 feet to remove everything, and that the cost was 220. The price is high, but I figured if the problem was solved I'm fine with it. However, 9 days later, my main line is once again clogged. When I call to tell them, their response is that there's no guarantee and also stated, ""it's nobody's fault just an act of God"". They then went on to tell me that if I wanted they could use a sewer camera in order to pinpoint the problem. So after spending 220 dollars, they refused to come back out unless I paid them more money. They didn't fix the problem and acted like it wasn't their problem even though they are so called experts.

We had a 7 year old Rheem 42V75F gas water heater that was leaking from the top at the flue junction. Mind you, we had our previous water heater for 27 years and only got the Rheem one to upgrade to a 75 gallon, big mistake. It barely made it out of warranty and then it started leaking, ruining the carpet in the bedroom juxtaposed to the wall of the water heater. Did I mention that nobody has parts for Rheem? Do NOT get a Rheem.

We called 3 highly recommended plumbing companies from Angie's List. This company is EXEMPLARY. Tammy answered promptly, gave us a price over the phone for a highly rated, Michigan made water heater, and we were scheduled 3 days later. We informed Tammy that we had a coupon from Angie's List, and no problem, she took that amount off the price.

Carlo, the owner, showed up EARLY (yes, you are reading this correctly) on our scheduled day. We had all of the ""stuff"" removed from the furnace room and provided a good path there from the outside, but he still wanted to prep everything for his crew. All of the workers provided excellent quality work. They all worked tirelessly, did incredible work, did not charge us extra money for unforeseen whatever, removed the damaged water heater, and did not leave a mess. Any more questions? This is the company you want.

I called on Sunday night because of a leak on an outdoor pipe at our office. Within an hour someone was at my building to help me figure how to turn it off. Not going to lie, $200 for the late night call was expensive but worth not having to worry about it all night.

The next afternoon another gentleman stoped by to patch it up and it's as good as new. Both were very friendly and informative. Would not hesitate to call again.
