We had a lead water main leak. The estimate was fair, the workmanship was outstanding! The plumbers took care to make a very secure splice in the pipe. The backhoe operator was very precise in returning the dirt to the opening with the least amount of damage to the surrounding landscaping. I highly recommend Michels. Very Happy!

Called about a few small plumbing projects around the house that needed to get fixed. They showed up on time and went straight to work. They also explained each piece they were putting in, why they use that brand, and what the benefits of it over others are. Their rates were reasonable and their work was fast. They even took all the garbage pieces away so I didn't have to do any cleanup. Keep an eye out for the big green trucks. They're my new go-to plumbers.

Very responsive and professional. Same day service on water heater that was shot. When there was confusion on price after what we needed changed on site and there were communications issues, they stood by it and were more than reasonable in what they eventually charged us. Rare to find a business that admits they were wrong and makes a concession like that. Plumbers they sent out were very efficient and made some helpful suggestions that we hadn't thought about. Hope we don't have to call them again :) but wouldn't hesitate to.

This will probably be the last time we call MIchels Plumbing. They have always done good work and had the amazing flexibility to send a bill rather than taking payment at the time of service. We were told rather rudely that this policy has changed. We have always paid our bill on time and in full. Can't this be extended to existing customers? Sorry, this was very inconvenient and caused a problem. Sorry Michels, we will find another local plumber who extends this courtesy to their customers.

We hired Michels Plumbing to change our kitchen faucet. Very nice man came to the house and left the area clean BUT he used a metal scraper on my chrome/stainless steal sink to remove hard water build-up. Yes, scratches.
He took our old Moan (6 year old) faucet without asking.
Then our water pressure wasn't as strong after new faucet was installed.
We wrote Michels a letter informing them of the above details. They totally ignored the letter but had no problem sending us a bill over $100.00 for 30 minutes of work.

We have used them in the past and were happy with the results.
But in all honesty, we will not be calling them back.
We are both very disappointed in their lack of respect for a good paying customer.

Have used Michels for over 10 years. Examples of work done : sump pump backup installed, new water heater 9 years ago and again this year.
Always timely, efficient, reasonably priced and genuinely concerned about doing a good job. I trust their expertise and quality of their work!

Michel's Plumbing put in my water heater less than a year ago. The pilot light keeps going out. Last Saturday morningI was in a rush, having a party and no hot water. I called because I was unable to light the pilot myself. Joe asked, ""Do you want me to come over?"" Like a fool, I said, ""Yes"". Michel's is located less than 10 minutes from my home and was here less than 10 minutes. I just received a bill for $131. That equates to $262 an hour. Highway robbery in my humble opinion.
