Thomas and Krystl were wonderful! Prompt with scheduling an appointment and very professional with, we thought, quite a reasonable bid.

We had worried about replacing two almost 60 year old commodes that were wall mounted. Quite a few plumbers in the past said it was not possible, but Thomas did an excellent job replacing them. We can breathe sighs of relief knowing we don't ever again need to attend to our old unreliable commodes.

Thomas also did other more minor repairs---shutoffs, leaking pipe, etc.

The holidays with family in town will be so less stressful knowing our home will be more welcoming.

Thomas Michakek took over the business of "Pat the plumber" who was my previous plumber. I had a 5y 11 mo old water heater installed by Pat that failed and was looking for someone to help me get my warranty, which still had 1 month to go. I knew if I went to another plumber, they probably wouldnt help me, but Thomas did the right thing and took my water heater to the supply store and got a new unit under warranty. That saved me quite a few bucks.

Then he installed the new unit very professionally, and following code (which Pat had not done). The connections are clean, good looking. Feels like solid work. Time will tell, but this inspires confidence. I hope this unit, better installed than the last one, will also last longer.

Pat's wife runs the office and that's well done too. So far, I like my new plumber!

He wore a mask and was professional as he tested the line and gave me an immediate perspective on the work that would need to be done. The work was completed within 36 hours. I called and was given an appointment for the next day, which I didn't think would be that fast. The first impression of the company occurred when I called, the level of professionalism was awesome that the office clerk delivered.
